Harun provided excellent customer service during my stay. While the hotel itself was quite nice, the only downside was the lack of soundproof windows, as the traffic noise woke me up multiple times throughout the night.
As I enter the hotel Zainal the Front Office Manager that was on duty welcomed us with a pleasant attitude and manner. I am very pleased with how he handle the hotel guests. All information was given without us asking. The hotel room was superbly clean and no bad odors. I have no complaints about this hotel and definitely will come back to stay in future if Im in JB.

the room was clean.the bed is comfortable.aircond and water heater working perfectly.room was big so very convenient for 2 person in twin room.

the location is at Pantai Lido.from the window you can see Singapore.
only backdrop is restaurant you need to walk few hundreds meter,so probably need to use your car is better.but it is very quite and peaceful here.to the town also not so far,i think 2-3km only by car.
Spacious and clean room, good location with sea view, plenty of parking space. Reasonable rate.
