Disappointed.
Pros:

Spacious room. Clean toilet. Ample parking.

Cons:

Noise of cars from nearby roadside. Can hear sound from next rooms and corridor. It is not suitable for a light sleeper. Only one seafood restaurant and a bar in the same building. No toiletries provided. WiFi not working well.

大変満足。
Pros:

受付のスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。grabでタンガベイへもすぐ行けます。(道路は車がスピード出して走っているので歩いてビーチ迄行くのはお勧めしません。)
古さはありますが、エアビーなどではない昔ながらホテル経営を真面目にしてくれてると感じました。

should improve on this 2, tv channels & WiFi

very spacious (room - big & cold), very strategic (the place - easy access car in & car out)

Cons:

still remain the same (tv - only 1 channel functioning) & the internet (Wifi) slow (keep buffering all the time)
