The best place to stay!
Pros:

This hotel is not only in the very best location literally a couple of minutes to each of the main attractions such as the Latin bridge, the mosques, the bazaar and all the eating places as well as the Bascarsija, but the hotel itself and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. Our first 5 days were booked with the hotel, we then left to go to Mostar for a few days and we're booked to return to Sarajevo for the last couple of days of our holiday. We had booked to stay with a different hotel, but we enjoyed our stay and the location of Old Town Hotel so much, that we rebooted with them instead. Adnan was so accommodating that on our request he arranged for us to have the same room again.

Breakfast is ample and delicious and really sets you up for the day. We've enjoyed our stay and would definitely book to stay here again whenever we return to Sarajevo.

Nice hotel in central location
Pros:

Location is perfect, quiet considering it’s right in the middle of the old town which is very busy. Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable, good shower and decent beds

Cons:

Making payment was a bit stressful and then we were told we hadn’t paid or checked out when we went to get our transfer eventhough we had and I had the receipt on my bank to prove it. A bit of a disappointing end to an otherwise nice stay

L'albergo è in una posizione eccellente per visitare la città, in pieno centro, la nostra camera era luminosa e con una bellissima vista.

Colazione sufficiente, c’era solo il minimo indispensabile!

Cons:

Colazione appena accettabile, troppo poco la scelta.
La camera piuttosto piccola, il letto era attaccato alla finestra e quindi per poter aprire tende o vetri si doveva salire sul letto.
Posizione dell’hotel straordinaria, nel pieno centro storico, peccato che adiacente all’albergo si trova un pub rumoroso fino a tarda notte.

Perfect location in the middle of the old town of Sarajevo. Very friendly staff. Feelt safe. Excellent parking arranged by the hotel. Clean and nice rooms. You can’t find a better hotel with the same location.

Cons:

It’s in the middle of old town meaning it’s a bit noisy in the room (didn’t bother us). It’s a small hotel meaning there isn’t much facility’s (gym etc). However we will be back!

Fräscht, centralt och fin, personlig service. Bra ljudisolerat, vi sov gott trots fullt av folk på gatorna omkring.

Centralt mindre hotell, personligt och nycket trevlig och engagerad personal.
Alltid ett leende och genuint måna om gästerna.

Very good location in the heart of the old town. The hotel staff were Very attentive looking after our every need and always with a smile on their face.

Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food.

The room was a really good size and bathroom was also good size with a plus point for the muslim shower, you also gave a hairdryer and the usual bathroom amenities. The shower cubicle was large and perfect with good power from the shower.

Overall a very comfortable stay, and so convenient we were able to wander around the old town and see all the sights Very easily and pop back to the hotel when it got too hot or we wanted a break. We're so happy, that we're spending our last couple of days at Old Town hotel when we come back from Mostar. Highly recommend this beautiful little hotel in the heart of the town. You won't be disappointed!
