Friendly, helpful staff, at a fair price (when booked online).
The room is well-equipped with everything you need; the bed is comfortable and large, and the furniture is new.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied, featuring both local and international specialties.
Parking is free but must be reserved in advance; it’s just 50 meters from the hotel.
There are plenty of sights to see in the city.
We’ll definitely be coming back here next time!

A nice and calm stay in the heart of SARAJEVO. You must try......
Pros:

The hotel is situated just at the enter of the old town area.
The area is full of restaurants, suvenir shops and everything you need to spend a good time.
Clouse to the main atraction of the city, close to the tram station with whom can go to the city mall.
Pleasant atmosphere everywhere. Nice people.
Tha staff o f the hotel is kind , good speak in english.
Adnan is the best!
Free Parking place 10 meters close to hotel.

The facilities were on par with a 3-star hotel. The rooms are very small, and WiFi did not always work very well in the room.
