Enjoyed the stay. Looking forward for the next stay
Pros:

Good location with a short walk to the Haram. Very clean and nice place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They say it is one star but standard and service should be rated as at least 3 stars or even four. Will come book again Bihizinillah

Cons:

Two elevators were reserved as service lift and emergency services. At least one could be opened up for the guest during peak usage hours, otherwise guest are left with only 4 lifts

ثاني زيارة للفندق. الغرفة واسعة. السرير مريح. النظافة. توفير أدوات للحمام. الواي فاي سريع. سرعة الدخول والخروج. القرب من المسجد النبوي. موقف السيارة مجاني مع صعوبة الحصول عليه. المطعم تطور جدا وأصبح جيد جدا.

Cons:

صعوبة الحصول على موقف للسيارة لأن العدد محدود جدا. الفندق فقط يحتاج لبعض التطوير والصيانة ليصنف 5 نجوم.

Good access to Haram but very inconvenient for Car owners as the parking is always full.
Pros:

The staff was very good and the location of this hotel is very close to Haram.

Cons:

The basement parking was full everytime and priority was given to hotel management staff cars over guests. As this hotel is close to haram, I had to park my car far away in an open ground.
