While booking, it showed that free parking was available, and I had also sent a parking request one day before arrival. However, at the time of check-in, I was informed that the parking was full.

It was extremely difficult to find parking near the hotel in this soaring heat, which caused significant inconvenience for me and my family.

I kindly request you to consider this matter seriously, as the parking availability mentioned during booking was one of the reasons for choosing your hotel.

فندق جيد جدا و يحتاج إلى مزيد من الاهتمام خاصة في وجبة الإفطار وتلبية رغبات الضيوف

للأسف موجود في بوكينك وجبة الإفطار ب30ريال
لما وصلنا المطعم السعر متغير إلى 50ريال

Cons:

سعر الإفطار مبالغ فيه علما أنه الوجبات قليلة والخيارات قليلة وليس بوفيه متعدد الأصناف سواء الأطباق أو الحلويات
