Pros:

Great location and fantastic decoration. Please tell the hotel in case you arrive very early. Otherwise you end up in front of closed doors with your luggage. Luggage storage in the city only opens at 8 am

Pros:

Прекрасные дружелюбные хозяева, великолепная веранда для завтрака и весь день в качестве кафе. Хорошие кровати, постельное белье. Удобное местоположение для поездок на экскурсии, рядом большая точка отправления, рядом бани серные, Радом подъем на гору на канатке, много ресторанов и прочих точек притяжения. Красиво оформленные номера: люкс номер 3 и номер 5. Хозяйка Кети чудесная женщина и очень хочет создать прекрасный уютный отель и предоставить лучший опыт пребывания.

Cons:

В номере 3 поймали таракана в туалете, перестали пользоваться этим туалетом- начала пахнуть канализация, так как надо постоянно пользоваться, фишка старых районов города. Номер 4 на 2м этаже - это тот номер, по которому пишут негативные отзывы- мы, не зная, забронировали люкс и этот стандарт. Но Кети предложила другой вариант- хороший номер с окном и хорошей кроватью. Завтрак только с 9 (или 10 - точно не помню, но не рано, если надо на экскурсии - это важный момент), но прекрасная женщина, которая его сервирует, приходит рано и готова накормить раньше, если необходимо- очень выручило. Шторка для душа - тоже очень хотелось бы иметь. Холодильник был выключен и закрыт - протух, включать не стали, - но мы бронировали прямо перед заездом, за час, предполагаю, что в ином случае, успели бы проверить. В ванной гель/шампунь 2в1, кондиционера нет. Есть зубные наборы и тапочки.

Pros:

Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben mir sogar einen early- check-in. Die Lage ist toll in der Altstadt von Tiflis, viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, und die Metro am Liberty Square ist auch nicht weit. Dazu ein wunderschöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht, ein großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Perfekter Aufenthalt, tolle Gastgeber, immer wieder gerne.

Pros:

We liked everything. The atmosphere of the hotel, its comfort, its staff. Quiet place in the center, close to main tourist locations of the old Tbilisi with great views from their terrasse. Will definitely come back.

Mooie plek in het centrum die enigszins lastig te vinden is omdat het hotel nog de naam Art hotel draagt qua borden. Maar als je eenmaal door de smalle weggetjes aan bent gekomen, dan is het een heerlijke plek om te verblijven.

Cons:

De bedden waren statisch wat mijn zoontjes heel spannend vonden in het donker omdat er vonkjes vanaf kwamen.

Dispone de una vistas espectaculares desde la terraza común. La habitación y baño enormes. Todo muy limpio. Buenas ubicación para visitar Tbilisi.

Cons:

No disponen de aparcamiento privado por lo que depende del sitio en la calle (nosotros no tuvimos problema)

Pros:

Завтрак стандартный, однообразный. Приветливая хозяйка, расположение в самом историческом центре (правда, много подниматься в гору и тяжело проехать на большой машине, но для осмотра достопримечательностей место идеальное). Номер в целом красивый, но есть свои несовершенства и мелкие недочеты (не самый удобный матрас, где-то торчит проводка). Чистая и красивая ванная, есть одноразовые мелочи (щетка, зубная паста, мыло, шампунь). С выездом не торопили, хоть и указан был в 11.00, выехали позже, как собрались.

Очень дорого стоит ночь в номере на 4 чел в новогодние праздники - с 1 по 4 янв. наши даты. 11-12 тыс за 1 ночь.

Встретить Новый год там не получилось

Приехали в заранее оговоренное время заезда. Прождали хозяйку полтора часа. Она говорила по телефону: скоро буду.

Потом сказала, что на Букинге не подтвердилась карта для оплаты и поэтому бронь отменили.

Мы были готовы оплатить при вселении, но нам было сказано, что квартиру тут же уже забронировали.

Да, я знаю, что политика букинга может просить подтвердить карту. Но также чисто по-человечески это все решается живьем или отказывается/бронь снимается заранее, а не когда продержали полтора часа. В общем, суть не в факте отказа даже, в в отношении к людям, в том, как некрасиво это было сделано. 31 декабря, когда люди приехали из другого города встретить Новый год.

Я лет 15 пользуюсь букингом в десятках городов и стран, но такое — впервые.
