בעלי הבית katy ו- gega היו נהדרים, חברותיים וסייעו בכל מה שנדרש תמיד עם חיוך, המיקום נהדר, יש קצת עליה מהרחוב המרכזי, קרוב מאוד למרכז שבו יש מסעדות ( גם כשרות ), בתי קפה , הליכה לאורך נהר הקורה, בית הכנסת הגדול, כיכר החירות mother Georgia, וכו'.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la vieille ville de Tbilissi., proche du quartier des bains.
Nous avons également bénéficié d'un surclassement.
Le roof top avec vue sur la ville est agréable, le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Wyjątkowy hotel. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pyszne śniadania w restauracji na dachu skąd rozciąga sie piekny widok. Na prawdę polecam. Ceny w restauracji poniżej średniej w Tibilisi a widok na prawdę jest piękny na Stare Tibilisi. Wszędzie blisko. Lokalizacja super. Pokoje bardzo klimatyczne z klimatyzacja. Polecam z czystym sercem.

Un angolino originale e confortevole in pieno centro
Pros:

Un piccolo hotel molto originale, con arredamenti particolari ed una bellissima esposizione di quadri ed oggetti. Posizione eccezionale, nel cuore del quartiere Betlemi. Posto auto davanti all'hotel in una zona dove è impossibile trovare parcheggio.

Staff molto discreto e gentile, locale per la colazione con vista sul centro storico.

Cons:

Per me tutto bene, segnalo l'assenza di una TV in camera, che a me non ha creato problemi in ogni caso.

Jos hotelli ilmoittaa olevansa neljän tähden hotelli on se kaukana siitä.
1. Huoneita ei siivottu kertaakaan koko viikon aikana
2. WC paperia puuttui
3. Suihkugeeliä ei ollut
4. Huoneessa oli ajoittain voimakas viemärin haju
5. Koko huone vaatii pikaista remonttia
6. Lupuksista huolimatta aamupala ei ollut runsas

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt
Traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse, aber auch gut von den Zimmern mit Balkon
Zimmer sauber und sehr stylisch eingerichtet

Cons:

Sehr wenig Anlageflächen im Zimmer
Frühstück ok, aber recht einfach und wenig abwechslungsreich

Great location and fantastic decoration. Please tell the hotel in case you arrive very early. Otherwise you end up in front of closed doors with your luggage. Luggage storage in the city only opens at 8 am

В общем, хорошие впечатления, несмотря на некоторые нюансы и недоработки, очень стараются. Есть над чем работать и стоит
Pros:

Прекрасные дружелюбные хозяева, великолепная веранда для завтрака и весь день в качестве кафе. Хорошие кровати, постельное белье. Удобное местоположение для поездок на экскурсии, рядом большая точка отправления, рядом бани серные, Радом подъем на гору на канатке, много ресторанов и прочих точек притяжения. Красиво оформленные номера: люкс номер 3 и номер 5. Хозяйка Кети чудесная женщина и очень хочет создать прекрасный уютный отель и предоставить лучший опыт пребывания.

Cons:

В номере 3 поймали таракана в туалете, перестали пользоваться этим туалетом- начала пахнуть канализация, так как надо постоянно пользоваться, фишка старых районов города. Номер 4 на 2м этаже - это тот номер, по которому пишут негативные отзывы- мы, не зная, забронировали люкс и этот стандарт. Но Кети предложила другой вариант- хороший номер с окном и хорошей кроватью. Завтрак только с 9 (или 10 - точно не помню, но не рано, если надо на экскурсии - это важный момент), но прекрасная женщина, которая его сервирует, приходит рано и готова накормить раньше, если необходимо- очень выручило. Шторка для душа - тоже очень хотелось бы иметь. Холодильник был выключен и закрыт - протух, включать не стали, - но мы бронировали прямо перед заездом, за час, предполагаю, что в ином случае, успели бы проверить. В ванной гель/шампунь 2в1, кондиционера нет. Есть зубные наборы и тапочки.
