The Travellers Suite at the Airport

I canceled my stay. When I showed up staff has no idea about my reservation didn’t know my name. And they offered me a small room with shared bathroom which is not the rm I reserved. Place is filthy. They have no front desk staff I have to run around with my heavy luggage to look for one. I need a refund!!! I didn’t stay in that place!

The room was extremely small and the bathroom floor tiles were loose

Not comfortable

The ppl running it would come in and make breakfast for their family at 6 an. Often they would use un rented rooms and make noise at all hours. When the typhoon hit they brought in at least 10 people who slept on mattresses pot on the floor. They began cooking family meals 3 times a day. The stove had no vent hood. Grease would enter my room because their was a 16 inch gap between the top of the wall and the roof in my room. The hot air from cooking would overwhelm. The air conditioner. There was spotty wifi for 2 weeks, and no internetnet for the last 4 days of my stay. I could go on… but i think you get the idea

Early morning disturbance,,but understandable

The room was some small but ok enough.

Place was priced like a hotel but is more of a room for rent.

The room was separated by a thin wall. I had to share the AC with the guest next door, which means I really could not control the temperature in order to accommodate other guests' needs. I did not want to argue with someone during a trip.

階段を上がったLの部屋でしたがエアコンの設定温度が17℃で隣の部屋と2つの換気扇を使ってエアコンを共有しているので隣人に暑いか？と聞いたら暑いと言ったので温度を上げられなかった。ダウンコートを着て寝ました。
トイレットペーパーはなかったです。
