Overall we had a wonderful experience at the Atour S Hotel
Pros:

We like the cleanliness of the hotel, easy access to many local eats and sightseeing.

Cons:

Breakfast was good. Our only request is that the menu includes more options, we were eating the same foods everyday. We ended up eating breakfast out on other days due to having the same options everyday at the hotel, this was very inconvenient.

Nice stay for canton fair. Perfect location right in the center.
Pros:

Séjour de 4 jours pour le Canton Fair. Staff très attentionné, des petites attentions qui ne laisse pas indifférent (petit panier snack et boisson pour chaque voyage en shuffle vers et depuis canton fair. L'emplacement est idylique, au bout de la rue piétonne, très animée.

Cons:

Le personnel a un anglais très faible pour la plupart, proche du zéro.
Communication pas forcément facile mais on arrive à se faire comprendre via traducteur.

Checked out a day earlier. Requested a refund on the last night and was refused went elsewhere

Not so clean, damp and smelled of Tabacco smoke. Reception not so friendly
