Amazing place to stay

The meals are extremely expensive!!! And not worth it

My husband and I recently stayed at Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale, and while the property itself is beautiful, we were extremely disappointed by our breakfast experience.

Before our stay, we reviewed the information provided by the hotel, which indicated that breakfast would typically cost between $30 and $60 per guest. Based on that information, we expected a reasonably priced hotel breakfast.

To our surprise, the final bill for breakfast was approximately $330 for two people. Our order was very simple and included eggs and only three beverages. We were genuinely shocked by the cost, as it was far beyond what we had been led to expect and, in our opinion, completely unjustified for the food and drinks we received.

The issue is not only the price itself, but also the significant gap between the advertised expectations and the actual charges. Had we known the real cost in advance, we would have made a different decision.

This experience left us feeling disappointed and misled. Transparency regarding pricing is extremely important, especially at a luxury property where guests rely on the information provided by the hotel when planning their stay.

We hope management reviews its pricing communication so that future guests can make informed decisions and avoid the same unpleasant surprise we experienced.
