Pros:

The hotel’s location is truly amazing—it’s close to everything, with plenty of options nearby, including restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, and a grocery store; everything is easily accessible. The hotel building appears to be an old palace; you can really feel that historic atmosphere. The high ceilings and the decor and furnishings transport you back in time, while at the same time, they provide everything you’ll need. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were helpful with everything. I highly recommend it. It was a delightful stay.

Pros:

Lokalizacja żeby zwiedzać centrum Bukaresztu.

Cons:

Pokój zbyt mały żeby zmieścić szafę, 5 minut czekania na ciepłą wodę i mimo zamówienia faktury VAT i mimo kilku obietnic że już na mnie czeka, nigdy jej nie dostałem.

Great location, wonderful charming building
Pros:

Great location - in center of the old town, close to many sites and beautiful old buildings. The area is very animated at night and entertaining options are plenty.

Wonderful building - the hotel is located in the old stock exchange. The age of the rooms can go both ways: some may like it, some may not. We liked it.

Very friendly staff - helped us with every request we had.

Cons:

It is obvious that technical maintenance of the rooms is not done regularly. There is a difference between charming old, but functioning and just old and not maintained.

Quirky fabulous.
Pros:

Loved our stay...rooms are spacious, high ceilings, very grand. The place looks just like the photos, kind of felt like we were in a Wes Anderson movie.. fantastically quirky.

The absolute stand out though were the two smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful reception girls. They work back to back loooong shifts, yet still smiling when they must be exhausted. They are a huge credit to the hotel.

Top tip: the hotel entrance is not the front corner as you see in the main pic, it's about 50ft along the right face of the building with a big NF sign. Go in lobby, get the old elevator to 1st floor and you're in the hotel.

Cons:

Could've had more pillows.

Questa spaziosa camera matrimoniale presenta la lavatrice interni climatizzati, una lavatrice, un balcone con vista sulla città e 1 bagno privato con doccia a filo pavimento. La sistemazione dispone di 1 letto.
La realtà? Niente balcone nè vista sulla città perché dava su un cortile ricolmo di buste di spazzatura e una canna fumaria di aspirazione (?) proprio davanti alla finestra che peraltro aveva vetro rotto e attaccato con nastro adesivo.
Il bollitore non serve a molto se non ci si mette almeno una bustina di thè e una bottiglietta d’acqua.
La lavatrice pazienza, sono in vacanza
La colazione non fornita nemmeno un buono consumazione nel locale sottostante.
Odore di fogna e muffa sono state la ciliegina sulla torta
