Questa spaziosa camera matrimoniale presenta la lavatrice interni climatizzati, una lavatrice, un balcone con vista sulla città e 1 bagno privato con doccia a filo pavimento. La sistemazione dispone di 1 letto.
La realtà? Niente balcone nè vista sulla città perché dava su un cortile ricolmo di buste di spazzatura e una canna fumaria di aspirazione (?) proprio davanti alla finestra che peraltro aveva vetro rotto e attaccato con nastro adesivo.
Il bollitore non serve a molto se non ci si mette almeno una bustina di thè e una bottiglietta d’acqua.
La lavatrice pazienza, sono in vacanza
La colazione non fornita nemmeno un buono consumazione nel locale sottostante.
Odore di fogna e muffa sono state la ciliegina sulla torta

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. A special thank you to the wonderful ladies at the front desk—Zilpa, Fage, and Nicolleta. They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making every interaction pleasant. Their kindness, helpful recommendations, and willingness to assist with anything we needed really made our stay even more enjoyable.

Stay away of this hotel!

Hotel is situated in a very good neighbourhood of the old town

Cons:

Nothing to be liked. Old, not renovated building. Very, very bad smell and windows impossible to open (in my room one was broken), old-fashion keys capable to open any room in the hotel, pictures much better than a hotel. Too expensive - it should cost 1/5 of it’s price for the value it offers. It should dissapear from the listing, big misunderstanding.

Nice and atmospheric place
Pros:

The hotel is a very conveniently placed. All touristic sites are located nearby. Nicoleta and Faye are very friendly and helpful receptionists. They both helped me a lot when I asked them to help with anything. If you're looking for an atmospheric place - NF Palace is the one. If you're looking for modern looking rooms, probably it's not your choice.

Lamp nearby the bed did not work.

Do not recommend this hotel

I did not like this hotel at all

Cons:

There was a strong smell of mould and sewer in the building and room. Room was totally different than in the pics, very small and there was no room for luggage, only two shelves. Bed was too small for both of us and very uncomfortable. Sheets were dirty. We were supposed to stay for four nights but changed the hotel after one.
