Pros:

Location. Easy to get food & supplies

Cons:

1. Family room located on the 2nd floor. No lift. Understandable that family will always have big beg. Difficult to carry up to level 2 with no lift
2. Collect deposit of RM50 on top of the bill. Charge to card. Mention that the amount will reverse after 5 pm. After 4 days. I have been charge RM50 in the card. Hotel made profit by collecting deposit & not return it back.
3. Reception is foreigner 'Bangladesh' Difficult to communicate. English also not understand, Malay also couldn't speak. How to get my deposit back?

Saya suka sbb hotel tersebut dekat dengan kemudahan kedai² makanan.

Cons:

Saya tidak suka service kebersihan bilik berbau busuk, sarung bantal, sarung tilam, selimut berbau tidak menyenangkan.
