My stay was pretty good.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helped to provide directions to nearby landmarks. The Junior Suite room was very spacious with tall ceilings. Fresh towels were provided daily, and toiletries were topped up. Breakfast Buffet supplied provided a lot of variety and was stocked well. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the view of the canal was amazing. Brilliant night life and atmosphere nearby with lights lighting up the canal while people stay up late having late dinners. The room itself is soundproofed, but by opening the windows, you can hear the calm chatter going down below. The room also came with an aircon, so it really helped keep cool in the summer.

Cons:

The downstairs could do with a repaint, but other than that, I have no criticisms.

Old world charm in a welcoming environment.
Pros:

Beautiful room with painted ceiling and tiled floor - just what you’d wish for in Venice. A real mini bar! Excellent restaurant with friendly staff.

Cons:

The only thing that could have added to this fab experience would have been hair conditioner (not just shampoo)

L'emplacement.

Cons:

C’est onéreux (426 € par nuit du 13 au 16 mai) et ne correspond aucunement à un 4 étoiles malgré son excellent emplacement.
Notre chambre Deluxe était spacieuse et phoniquement bien isolée. Elle semble avoir été rénovée, ce qui n’empêche pas que le porte-clé est rafistolé avec du ruban adhésif et que le safe n’est utilisable qu’après réclamation avec une clef à l’ancienne. L’équipement de la salle de bain est discutable.
L’emplacement et la disposition de la salle du petit déjeuner sont difficilement tolérables.
Le jour du départ, lors de la récupération de nos bagages, la personne qui paraissait être le patron n’a pas jugé utile de nous adresser la moindre parole.

Hervorragende Lage, super zentral, aber angenehm ruhig. Und Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant waren sehr sehr gut.
