Located in local neighbourhood, difficult to meet tourists, real taste of local eateries and groceries then
The restaurant directly opposite is really local and good, give it a try
Met a local who take me to buy Sim card as my card did not work
Accept only local currency, be prepared
There are currency exchange in near by malls

Cons:

The top floor is hot, choose room 1 to 5 on ground floor if arrive in summer.

Pros:

чисто, туалет и душ нормальные

Cons:

чайник старый, wifi не работает (благо у меня был свой мобильный интернет). Оплатить вроде можно только через приложения МБанка
некоторые постояльцы громко хлопают дверью, возможно по-другому двери не получается закрыть (но точно не знаю)

Pros:

Nutzten das Zimmer untertags weil wir Mitternacht zum Flughafen mussten. Gut gelegen, fussläufig ins Zentrum, direkt gegenüber vom Bazaar. Die freundliche Rezeptionistin rief uns ein Taxi und wartete mit uns vorm Hotel (die Gegend war nachts eher unsicher)

Cons:

Gegend eher unsicher - gleich neben dem Bazaar. In der Nacht war immer Polizeipräsenz in der Straße.

Dankbar, das alles so gut geklappt hat
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des „Basars“
Man ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden.
Auch Restaurants und Garküchen sind fußläufig!!
Ein besonderer Dank gilt Elvira, die die Zimmer macht und die Rezeption.

Freundlich sauber hilfsbereit!!

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist laut und nicht die „erste Wahl“ für Ausländer

Dafür kann die Unterkunft !

Nice neighborhood with a lot of affordable and delicious food. Room is decent with Aircon and hot shower. There is also drinking water and microwave oven in the public area
