Pros:

My little boy has sensory issues which i made the staff aware of on arrival because he was very overwhelmed and overstimulated because of a new surrounding, hes was given a box of sensory equipment to chose items that made him feel safe, what a beautuful gesture that made all our stay more enjoyable and relaxed, thank you

I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. There was ample public parking directly across the street from the hotel. There were good quality restaurants, cafes, attractions in easy walking distance from hotel. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. The bed was comfortable, newly renovated bathroom, and everything was clean. We rented bikes across the street. We did not eat at the hotel but others reviewed it well.

Great Jewel in the Heart of Waterford
Pros:

Friendly ,helpful, well mannered staff. From the reception to the bar and. breakfast staff, everyone had a smile and a friendly manner. The room was spacious, spotless and bathroom well stocked. Will definately be back there as my vo to spot in Waterford city. Highly recommend..

The room was very nice. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is nice, good selection of food.

Cons:

No carpark. €12 per day to park in the public carpark across the road by the river. We were lucky to be only there for 2 nights but if you were there for 7 nights that would add a fair amount to the cost of staying at the hotel. Most hotels we have stayed at in the past have had a carpark that is free for guests. Also an exercise room / small gym in hotel would be be an asset. 4pm check in is also a bit late compared to lots of other hotels.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen nettem Personal. Ausreichend große Zimmer und sauberes Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück und auch sehr gutes Essen in der angeschlossenen Bar.

no volveria por esa bendita escalera ni lo recomendaria..no apto para gente mayor
Pros:

lo unico desastroso del hotel son las escaleras para subir a las habitaciones la verdad parece un laberinto. Al arquitecto que diseño eso hay que sacarle el titulo porque la verdad no entiendo como se lo dieron. Despues el ascensor queda al fondo del pasillo pero despues tenes que caminar por el laberinto para llegar a la habitacio. comida,habitacion,limpieza,ubicacion excelente pero no volveria por las tetricas escaleras que hay que subir
