Historic family-owned hotel with a great breakfast!
Pros:

Location, and easy to find. Breakfast was superb. Room was large. WiFi was good. Staff always there to help.

Cons:

Hotel is on a street with high traffic and near the bus depot, so it’s difficult to stop and unload bags if weather is rainy. Otherwise, it’s a short walk from the car park. Overnight parking was €12. Also, had to carry bags up short flight of stairs even with the lift.

Pros:

Clean, and with friendly staff. We eat in the Korean room and the food was nice.

Cons:

There are multiple floor levels, the lift does not stop at all of them. Be prepared to carry your cases, although the staff will help if asked.

A great birthday weekend with a group of friends
Pros:

Friendly staff, right from the moment you check in until checking out staff were just amazing. The bar is decent, the food is fab and breakfast is plentiful

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like at all. The hotel is eco friendly, which is great but they don't supply shower caps and I had my hair already curled to go out. But if this is the only complaint you have at the end of a stay, then you can't really complain ☺️

The bar staff, front of house staff, and accommodation staff were absolutely fabulous and such a pleasure to deal with. There was one guy that was there when we came back from the city late on both the Friday and Saturday night when the hotel was close and he let us in he is an asset to dooleys. Such a lovely person. There wasn't one member of the bar staff that we could say anything negative about. Each and every one of them were so friendly, inviting, and attentive. We enjoyed the service so much that we stayed an extra night. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back! The crispy chicken salad is to die for, and their coffee is amazing!

Cons:

Rooms are very hot. Just a bit too much. Everything else was superb!
