La cercanía con todo

Cons:

Difícil comunicación con los encargados, de 5 días nunca hubo limpieza, ni cambio de toallas u reposición de insumos. El cuarto sumamente caliente tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta dejando 0 privacidad. Solo un día tuvimos agua caliente. No pudimos contactarnos con la persona encargada para la salida.

“El Jardín de Estela realmente cumplió con nuestras expectativas. El staff fue bastante amigable y siempre estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara nada durante la estadía. Honestamente, las fotos no le hacen justicia a todo lo que el lugar puede ofrecer en persona. Además de hotel, también funciona como restaurante, así que todo se siente muy cómodo y completo.

Las habitaciones, los baños y especialmente el jardín están hermosos y muy bien cuidados. También tienen garrafones de agua disponibles para los huéspedes, un detalle que se agradece muchísimo.

Cons:

El único punto que sí podría mencionar es el tema de la entrada: si el restaurante está cerrado, prácticamente no hay quien abra la puerta aunque toques el timbre varias veces, así que puede tocar esperar un poco hasta que alguien aparezca. Fuera de eso, la experiencia fue excelente y definitivamente lo recomiendo.

It's a good start, but needs some extra amenities to keep travelers comfortable and safe.

Cons:

The bed. The chairs in the garden. Never TP in the bathroom. No place to put garbage. Really hard to locate at night.
