The staff on reception was super friendly and lovely as were cleaning staff when we saw th in the corridors
On our last early evening (booking out in the morning) we came back to find the cleaners had been which is great however our door was not CLOSED! Luckily nothing had been stolen and my husband said its fine don’t worry. I didn’t mention it in the morning as we left early but I do think you should be aware of this as we had left money, iPads and a phone in the room!
Breakfast good lots of choice. Hotel location was very central to everything. The hotel was beautifully renovated and modern.
The coffee from the drink machine at breakfast was awful.
We were in Room 101 just above bars that went on till the very early hours.

I loved everything about the hotel Ruidor it's actually one or the best hotels I've stayed in benidorm. Great location, literally everything is on your doorstep. Lovely food at the hotel delicious cocktails, all the staff are very welcoming the cleaners who do your rooms are very hard workers and leave your room spotless. The pool and we're your sunbathe is fantastic loads of sunbeds, and a bar truck right by all the sun loungers, plus the staff are constantly coming round to collect glasses and clean up any messes. The beach is so close literally a 5mins walk. All the bars like the talk of the cost, Valentino's the black chicken are right next to this hotel. Your on the strip but when you close your patio windows of a night you don't hear a sound. They have nightly entertainment on at the hotel every single night some great acts it you just want to stay in at the hotel each night. I would highly recommend this place to other holiday makers.
Nothing to complain about as hotel is excellent from when you first check in till you leave.
