Convenient for us
Not able to leave bags early. No help given to book a taxi. Shower was very poor and toilet didn’t flush well
Showe was poor, no air-conditioning, 1 stand alone fan, room was stifling, no toilet brush, taps in sink weren't up to scratch, poor poor room, very disappointed overall
Location
Was a place place for us to rest up after 24 hours flying before traveling further afield. Was ideal for this. Breakfasts were excellent. Bed was comfortable.
Older hotel , so a little run down. Stayed during some of the hottest days of the year and only cooling options were a small fan.
Everything was great. Thank you all for a very pleasant stay.
Nothing. Comfortable bed, great en-suite , great choice of breakfast selections. Beautiful outside facilities with plenty of seating options. Ample parking.

Tired and need of a refresh
Staff were very friendly and the waiter (a Spanish chap) was great. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. Shower nice and warm too, and room was a reasonable size.
My toilet seat was broken, and the cistern loose. A light fitting was also broken. The TV was locked and only showed three channels, and I don’t have a huge interest in BBC Alba or BBC3… generally a bit run down. Staff were very receptive but unable to resolve so a very boring night and very careful use of the toilet!
The food in the restaurant was OK; nothing special and quite dry.
All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very good.
Noisy plumbing. Outdated and worn decor in the room for the price.
The location & setting was lovely .
The young lady on the desk was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble, she is definitely an asset to the hotel . ( Our stay was 13-14 May)
More egg choices for the breakfast - bigger juice glasses & something to put the milk in for tea .
Friendly staff. Room was ok. Started very quiet. Tele was a good size.
The room was ok for one night, would not like to stay any longer. The bed was ok, pillows were not very comfortable. Tea and coffee tray was not enough, only two milks so could only have one drink before breakfast. We found the room and the hotel very cold no heating on , unable to turn radiator on to warm room up. Hotel was very noisy early in the morning. The breakfast was fine. Just very cold in restaurant. Overall our stay was ok, would not want to stay again.
