Pros:

Lovely area. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet and very good value for price.All in all a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

No a/c in room. Stay was during high temperature period. Windows couldn't be opened beyond a gap for safety.Fan found in cupboard following morning. Bedroom in need of refurb. Carpet very rucked up and could cause clients to trip.

Lovely location attached to its own Italian restaurant. Good value for money, and huge rooms!

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning in the summer made the stay less comfortable. A fan was supplied, however.

Second time, great location.
Pros:

Great location, we stayed last year and re-booked this year for Gig on the Green. Bobby and his team are excellent. We didn't stay for breakfast because we had to be up and out early however we had an excellent dinner with our friends on the Friday night. Smashing food.

Cons:

It was exceptionally hot weather 32 degrees. The air conditioning is not available but they put a fan in the room. The fan base was missing so it wouldn't oscillate until we bodged it. The heated mirror in the bathroom couldn't be switched off so the bathroom was red hot. The window catches are a bit fiddley and we only got the windows open on the second night. The spotlight above the bed was flickering so we didn't use the main lights. Nothing major, but an inconvenience during the heatwave.

Pros:

Good location, checked in very late with no problems. Full breakfast, massive bed. Anterior staff, peaceful at night.

It’s all good at that price point.

Lovely
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and spacious it was like being in apartment, lovely food and and outside setting, great parking and close to shops and places to eat.

Cons:

The room was a bit warm, it was a warm weekend just think it should of been a bit cooler in this heat, also the breakfast was a bit pricey as I only wanted a yoghurt
