Lovely place and staff! Love the pool. If they do a little work on moisture in the dorms it will be perfect

I love the location! So close everywhere, surf spots, food, coffee shops

Cons:

The dorm had a very bad smell.. Wet and mouldy. The bathroom was dirty. There is a loud construction as well ongoing :(

Het hotel is duidelijk gericht op surfers, maar heeft op het eerste gezicht een mooie en verzorgde uitstraling. Helaas viel ons verblijf behoorlijk tegen.

We kregen in eerste instantie een kamer die vies was. Daarnaast kwamen er slechts een paar druppels water uit de douchekop, waardoor normaal douchen onmogelijk was. Uiteindelijk kregen we een andere kamer, maar ook deze was helaas niet schoon. Gelukkig was de waterdruk daar wel goed.

Het personeel was gelukkig vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zichtbaar onder de indruk van onze klachten. Ze kwamen ook direct naar onze kamer om te proberen de problemen op te lossen. Dat waarderen we zeker, maar het neemt niet weg dat we dit überhaupt niet hadden mogen aantreffen.

Het zwembad, de zitzakken in het zwembad waren heerlijk en ook het ontbijt was goed. Toch wegen deze pluspunten voor ons niet op tegen de hygiëneproblemen en de staat van de kamers. Voor de prijs die je hier betaalt, mag je echt veel meer verwachten. Wij vinden het hotel dan ook veel te duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Een mooie uitstraling is één ding, maar schone kamers en een fatsoenlijke douche zouden toch echt de basis moeten zijn.

Pros:

Overall, the facilities and staff were very friendly, helpful, and the service was outstanding. I booked this accommodation last minute, and it exceeded all expectations. I really liked that they planned evening activities and the surfing video reviews.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities in my room had a damp, moldy smell, which wasn't pleasant; it was not a deal-breaker. There was also construction on-site (which was in the advertisement), just something to be aware of.

Close to shops and restaurants. Hotel Breakfast is good. They have whatsapp group for guests who want to join activities or get along, or just simply watch sunset together.

Cons:

Toilet and Room is dirty, hotel seems old. Also water heater is not working or it takes a while to heat
