Proximité du centre pour tout faire à pied.

Cons:

On avait demandé une chambre double, nous avons une chambre triple (3 petits lits), pas top quand vous êtes une grande carrure. Orage lors de notre nuit, ce qui a inondé toute une partie de la chambre. Pas de gestes commercial, malgré avoir prévenu le réceptionniste qui a pris en photo. Parking à 8 min à pieds, mais 15 minutes en voiture avec les bouchons, préférables de donner l’adresse du parking avant le Check in, pour pouvoir se garer tranquillement, car pas de stationnement rapide devant l’hôtel. Assez bruyant mais on est dans le centre.

Le logement est au centre et 5 min à pied si on arrive avec le bus de l’aéroport. Le personnel est très agréable et efficace. Pour prendre le petit déjeuner il faut aller dans un bar qui est à 3min.

Cons:

Malheureusement ma chambre donnée sur la grande rue et c’était très bruyant. La chambre pour une personne est petite et n’invite pas à y séjourner. La climatisation et la télé ne fonctionnait pas.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole, superiore alle nostre aspettative!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per due notti e, considerando anche il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, possiamo dire che è stato decisamente superiore a quello che ci aspettavamo.

Fin dal nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati molto bene. La reception è attiva 24 ore su 24 e qualsiasi nostra richiesta è stata ascoltata e soddisfatta. Lo staff è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Nonostante non parlassero italiano, hanno comunque cercato di venirci incontro e di capire le nostre esigenze, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

La camera era molto bella, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche acqua fresca in frigorifero, asciugamani, accappatoi e ciabattine, una piccola attenzione che abbiamo trovato davvero piacevole. Tutto in camera era funzionante.

L’unica pecca è che la camera non veniva sistemata durante la giornata quando uscivamo, ma per un soggiorno di sole due notti non è stato un problema particolarmente importante.

La posizione è ottima, praticamente in centro e a due passi da tutto. Nonostante questo, la nostra camera era abbastanza silenziosa e siamo riusciti a riposare tranquillamente.

Da segnalare però una cosa importante: la nostra camera si trovava al quinto piano senza ascensore. Con i bagagli è stato abbastanza stancante e sicuramente non comodissimo, soprattutto al momento dell’arrivo e della partenza. È probabilmente l’aspetto che ci ha creato più difficoltà durante il soggiorno.

La camera, inoltre, non aveva una vista particolare, perché affacciava su un cortile interno. Personalmente non ci ha pesato molto, anche perché la posizione centrale e la tranquillità della stanza compensavano ampiamente.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, è l’altro aspetto un po’ meno comodo: non viene servita direttamente nella struttura, ma bisogna uscire e raggiungere il loro bar.

Parking aunque con el tráfico que hay en el centro de Tirana hubiera estado bien que mandarán ubicación del parking para ir directos, de lo preguntamos en varias ocasiones y decían que primero fuéramos por allí. Aún así tener parking está muy bien aunque esté a 5 minutos caminando.
El desayuno también se agradece, aunque a 5 minutos caminando también. El Sandwich y el café muy contundente y rico.

Cons:

Tenía una habitación de las renovadas y el grifo de la ducha estaba roto, tenía que bañarme con el que cae del techo. Y el suelo estaba muy sucio, estuve descalza 5 minutos y bueno...
Por la noche estuvo sonando hasta las 24h un ruido como de un generador.

Det är under renovering, rummet var fint, men lister var inte fastsatta och när man duschade så rann vattnet åt fel håll. Det gick inte arr använda toaletten om man duschat för det var som en sjö.
Frukosten fick man gå till en restaurang 400 meter bort......
