A lot to be improved in terms of professionalism. Rooms dont have Remote control for AC (though its brand new AC), I had kept requesting for it, but till check out it was not provided ,, so had a horrible night stay ...had to directly switch off and on manually. The staff have good behaviour but lack professional acumen , so it does not suit Business peoplel..however this place would be good for stay by family peoples.

Somewhat disappointing

Cons:

Breakfast, Hate to say it was not a clean Hotel. Paid over Rs.12,000 definitely could have been better.
Staff were nice and polite. I was placed in a very Dirty room and with a Broken Lock, I immediately requested a room change. Second room was better than the 1st
