Pros:

Great stay in a very nice clean and tidy home.
Breakfast was good, and plenty of walking trails around through very scenic countryside. The locals were really friendly around the area and some nice places to eat out at night up the hill behind. Very relaxing stay.

Cute homestay, great host but AC unit is very weak.
Pros:

Beautiful views and the host is very kind. Breakfast included

Cons:

Outdated, The AC was so weak and I had to leave because I was so hot and uncomfortable and couldn’t bare the thought of staying there 4 nights The view is beautiful and all but the window was dirty and there was spider webs all outside and some even inside.

Der Service war top. Die Dame dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe (die Besitzerin) war so cool, gebildet, locker und nett. Wir hatten eine atemberaubende Aussicht und sie hat uns nach Absprache jeden Abend zu essen gekocht - so frisch und lecker, vieles aus ihrem eigenen Garten. Wir hatten LANGE nicht mehr solche bequemen Betten. WOW. Die Matratzen waren so gut, dass wir sie gefragt haben, von wo die sind. Unser Rücken tat es gut!

Cons:

Die Lage war ganz okay, halt nicht in Sa Pa City sondern in einem Village, wo man auch Trekking machen konnte. Wir hatten um uns herum 2/3 echt süße Cafés, wo auch Touristen waren oder digitale Nomaden. Das Frühstück war ganz okay, könnte man besser machen, aber wir haben mal Pho bekommen und mal Crepes. Und das WLAN im Zimmer war leider nicht ganz so perfekt zum Arbeiten. Und man hat sich im Village nicht ganz so willkommen gefühlt um ehrlich zu sein. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft teils besser Gefühlt und in dem unfassbar guten Red Dao Spa was nur 3 min zu Fuß war.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay. The family is super friendly and welcoming. The homestay is well-located in the cute village of Ta Van. The room is spacious and offers a magnificent view of the mountains. The breakfasts and meals are also very good.

The homestay and its garden are beautiful. Also the food is great and the staff really friendly.

We needed to check in super late (midnight) and they sent us the taxi to Sapa and received us with no problem

Pros:

Homestay có view cực kỳ đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, cô chủ home rất thân thiện nhiệt tình. Nhà mình có 2 bé nhỏ khá ồn nhưng cô vãn rất vui vẻ. Nếu lần sau đến sapa chắc vẫn sẽ book lại home

Cons:

Mình hơi kỵ tranh vẽ người được trang trí ở đầu giường nằm. Hơi sợ bóng sợ gió chút. Tuy nhiên tối vẫn ngủ khá ngon nên chắc không sao

Pros:

After searching for a long time,i finally found this wonderful homestay. We didn't want to stay in Sapa where it was very busy with tourists. I was searching for a authentic Vietnam experience. ,and we found it here. Walking in the village and adjacent hills and corn and rice terraces was majical.The people and children were all so freindly...always smiling and waving.
The three of us highly recomend this beautiful homestay. Our rooms were super clean and the beds comfortable. The included breakfast was very good and satisfying.
Our hostess "Loan" was our first of many experiences with genuine kindness and helpfulness during our 35 day self guided tour of Vietbam .
She helped me book our night train back to Hanoi after i had a problem with the one i had booked..
When we wanted to give back to the community in the form of a donation Loan took us to the Mayor of the village to present our donation. She forwarded a photo to us of the family that recieved our donation.
...as a side note, the village of Ta Van is approximately 9/10 k from Sapa and easy and affordabule go reach by Grab taxi.
We are 3 seniors,71,77&77 and we stayed in march of 2026.

Pros:

Lovely stay at a wonderful house in Ta Van village. Loan gave us great recommendations on what to do each day and the breakfast changed each day! Very comfy room with nice views over the valley.

Beautiful
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here, the host Loan was so welcoming and accommodating. She helped us with all the local recommendations/information, as well as booking our bus.

The room was very spacious, and the views were spectacular. Loan has created the most beautiful garden.

Breakfast every morning was delicious.

Overall we loved our stay here and felt at home instantly, we will definitely be recommending this Homestay to others.
