Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und direkt neben einer Metro-Station. Der Preis war in Ordnung pro Nacht.

Wir konnten etwas früher einchecken am Tag unserer Ankunft und durften unsere Koffer im Hotel lassen am Tag der Abreise.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde in den Bewertungen oft gelobt, anscheinend gab es hier einen Wechsel. Wir haben einen Cupon erhalten (anscheinend 7€) für ein Restaurant in der Nähe. Das Essen dort kostet aber 10€ und mehr. Frühstück ist also nur teils inkludiert.

Währen unseres Aufenthaltes kamen drei Mal (!!!) einfach so Personen in unser Zimmer als wir im Zimmer waren. Zwei Mal die Reinigung und einmal ein Mann der Arbeiten machen sollte? Sehr komisch und unangenehm. Die Reinigung kam am ersten Tag um 16:30 Uhr und am zweiten Tag um 9 Uhr, weil sie dachten wir hätten bereits Ausgecheckt. So etwas geht einfach nicht.

Das Zimmer im allgemeinen war sehr klein und dunkel. Alle Wände und Fussboden war dunkelblau gestrichen. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung aber nicht gut. Tücher waren verfleckt und schienen daher Schmutzig. Die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht ausschalten, sie ging jedesmal automatisch wieder an. Das „Bad“ war ohne Abteilung im Zimmer und die Dusche lief nicht richtig ab.

Wir wurden weder gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war noch richtig über das Frühstück oder anderes informiert.

Temiz, konumu mükemmel, konsept harika, çalışanlar çok tatlı

La situación, al lado del centro y la amabilidad y disposición del personal

Cons:

Hotel muy viejo, instalaciones descuidadas, habitación pequeña, el baño no tenia puerta por lo que no habia nada de intimidad a la hora de ir al baño o ducharse, se veia todo desde la habitación

Nettes Personal, zentrale Lage

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, Handtücher hat nicht frisch gerochen, im Empfangsbereich roch es unangenehm, ungemütliche Atmosphäre außerhalb des Zimmers. Frühstück nicht in der Unterkunft, sondern in einem Café in der Nähe (aber mit Menü-Angebot, kein Buffet)

Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot im Hotel selbst war top.

Cons:

Der voucher im Wert von 7,5 € um zu frühstücken im Lokal Cappucino könnte sich die Leitung des Hotels sparen.
Im Cappucino kein Saft, nur Smoothie, zwei sehr fettige Gebäckstücke (Croissant und Schokorolle), untrinkbarer Kaffee und ein Obstsalat aus 8 Stücke Obst.
Im Hotel war es wesentlich besser.
