I really liked the entertainment inside and outside. The price was good too.
I didn't like the fact that they told me I would have an ocean front and they gave me an ocean view. I had to look at the buildings on both sides while sitting on the balcony.
Bernard was excellent with helping me out with parking my car as I could not access the upper level due to be low to the ground
The room that we were in needed new mattresses
Location
My room had a toilet issue for 3 days. 7 calls to have someone come tell me it will work for a minute but needs replaced. The pillows and mattresses need replaced very very uncomfortable, I had other guests complain of neck pain from the terrible clumpy pillows.
We didn't get the room that was reserved. The room could have been cleaner,had to request clean towels. The balcony door wouldn't lock. The room had a dorm refrigerator.
Cleaning of the room was not up to par. Hair was on the floor in the bathroom, on the tub , and on the blanket of one of the beds. The bedding looked unclean so we went out and purchased a new comforter, sheets, and pillowcases because I refused to sleep on the other. We had to clean the entire room with Clorox spray in order to feel comfortable. This was our 2nd stay here. The first time which was last year was excellent.

Everything. It was filthy! The ataff was horrible. There was 2 men that were helpful. One was the security staff and one was just a regular guy that was helpful.
I like the Northern Location and the ocean view
The room was dirty, dust everywhere. The.tv, walls, vents were all dusty. I spilled the coffee friends when I opened the bag. I asked to habe someone vacuum up the grinds. I was told they dont do that or offer any clean ups during my stay. The remote and phone did not work, they did fix both of those on my stay. My sheets had blood on them that was not mine. They definitely need to do a much better job of cleaning the rooms.
Perfect place to stay if you are looking for nightly entertainment with live music, a place right on the beach, and a wide range of restaurants within walking distance, Ocean Annie’s is the place for you. I was there for golf with a group of friends staying in the condos just up the street. Very convenient. Highly recommend Ocean Annie’s!
The hallways and elevators are very “warm”. I stayed in one of the timeshares. Both the sink and tub did not drain properly. But after pulling out hairballs and two applications of liquid plumber, all was normal.
