Very squeezy room and toilet, limited parking, poor internet, very friendly staff
Pros:

Buffet breakfast good, reception staff are very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room extremely small. Very squeezy toilet, wifi internet connection lost every few minutes. Parking lot limited, charging 500 yen also. Car park a few meters away only costs 300 yen

新しくて、全部が綺麗。
Pros:

Refaのドライヤーが大浴場にあった。できて間もない施設なので、全体が綺麗。

Cons:

立地条件で仕方ないのかもしれないですが、コンビニが徒歩で行ける範囲だと海南駅の１件しかなく、かなり小さめで営業時間が短い。
