When choosing a nonrefundable rate the total amount of the stay will be charged upon booking. Should you wish the invoice to be issued with different information (such as company name), please contact the hotel or insert your request in the Special Requests box. After payment is received, the invoice cannot be modified.
Please note for nonrefundable rates the pre-payment invoice will be issued under the name on the reservation, in case you need the invoice with a VAT number or with different details please insert that information on the reservation. After the invoice is issued no changes will be made.
We would like to inform you that between the 3rd of March until the 15th of May 2026, we will be carrying out a full redecoration of our Spa located at floor -2. During this period, all spa services will be allocated in a different area of the hotel, thus ensuring full continuity of facilities and services to our guests, namely: heated swimming jacuzzi, sauna, massages and beauty treatments.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Absolutely outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located in Funchal with easy access to bars, restaurants and attractions. It is absolutely gorgeous, and the view from our hotel room and the roof top terrace gives you a perspective over the entire city. I’ve never had a hotel view like it. The breakfast served each morning was varied and delicious, and we always felt welcomed by the team each day of our stay. It always felt that everyone was going above and beyond. Furthermore, I can’t express my thanks enough to the hotel team, especially Charles, for helping me organise my proposal to my Fiancée. They were incredibly attentive and helped to create the perfect setting for the proposal. Emmanuel served us through the night - he was absolutely amazing, and really made the night feel special. For that reason, this hotel will always feel particularly special to the both of us. We had a perfect stay and will only want to come back here when we return to Funchal.

החדר גרוע מאד .עברתי מהחדר שהוזמן לשני חדרים אחרים תמורת תשלום של 550 אירו . לא יכולתי ללון בחדרים אלו . מערכות החשמל לא תקינות בכל החדרים , הבנתי שהאורחים או סוגרים את האור בכל המקומות או מפעילים בכל החדר . החלפה מידית של מערכות החשמל בחדרים . יש רעשים לא מוסברים . החדרים הגדולים עם אמבט במרכז החדר ממש לא מעניין ומפריע .
השירות של הקבלה , יש להם מה לשפר בקבלת הפנים ובהסברים.

Accueil très sympathique et professionnel : au niveau de la réception et au niveau de la restauration. Qualité du petit déjeuner. Qualité des repas au restaurant et du service.

Das Frühstück war toll, die Lage sehr zentral, das Personal unglaublich freundlich, das Einkaufszentrum sehr praktisch.
Es war im Badbereich etwas zu dunkel, die Toilettentür war aus Milchglas und hatte seitlich Spalten. Man hatte keine Privatsphäre auf dem Klo. Es gab wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten / Haken. Die Cocktails waren nicht gut.
Beautifully designed, central and lovely rooftop. Great staff
L'hotel est rélativement central et tout est joignable à pieds dans Funchal. Le parking était inclus dans mon tarif, ce qui est très appréciable. J’ai également beaucoup aimé le happy hour à la piscine, ainsi que la piscine et le bar situés sur le rooftop. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, avec la possibilité de commander des œufs ou des omelettes préparés à la demande. La chambre est spacieuse et l’établissement propose de nombreuses petites attentions, comme les chocolats sur le lit ou le service du matin et de l’après-midi. Bien appréciable la terrasse fumeurs
La chambre est un peu sombre. La salle de bain est séparée par une baie vitrée, ce qui peut manquer d’intimité. Il est également dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de minibar.

Location, parking, water dispenser ( sparkling/ room temp flat/ cold flat) on each floor. Breakfast buffet was excellent (Recommending including it on booking). Staff were amazing.
Room had musty smell. Improved a day later after running AC and opening balcony for ventilation.
All the staff were exceptional! The breakfast buffet was outstanding, never had better and enjoyed having it outside in the courtyard. Also, enjoyed the rooftop area with a bar and pool and a wonderful view.
The only criticism was a lack of shelves and/or drawers for our non hanging clothes etc. in our otherwise very comfortable 55 m2 room.
Top-Frühstück, sehr grosse Auswahl. Super-Lage. Perfekt, könnte nicht besser sein. Schöner Rooftop-Pool mit Aussicht auf Funchal.
Design ist schön aber die Funktionalität könnte besser sein. Kein Kleiderhaken um feuchte Badewäsche oder Tücher zu trocknen - wenn kein Balkon vorhanden ist.
