When choosing a non-refundable rate the total amount of the stay will be charged upon booking. Should you wish the invoice to be issued with different information (such as company name), please contact the hotel or insert your request in the Special Requests box. After payment is received, the invoice cannot be modified.
Please note for non-refundable rates the pre-payment invoice will be issued under the name on the reservation, in case you need the invoice with a VAT number or with different details please insert that information on the reservation. After the invoice is issued no changes will be made.
Please note that We would like to inform you that between the 3rd of March until the 30th of September 2026, we will be carrying out a full redecoration of our Spa located at floor -2. During this period, all spa services will be allocated in a different area of the hotel, thus ensuring full continuity of facilities and services to our guests, namely: heated swimming jacuzzi, sauna, massages and beauty treatments.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Um hotel muito confortável, excelente pequeno-'almoço. Os colaboradores muito simpáticos e disponiveis. Com uma piscina e jacuzzi no extetior, espetaculares.
A entrada para o hotel é feita pelo Centro Comercial Plaza Madeira.

We only learnt that the parking was paying a couple of days before our arrival (20 euros per night). Would have been nice to get this information prior of the booking. Only negative part of the stay.
