Amazing value acomodation for what you pay. Maggie at the reception is the most helpfull and kind person we have ever met. She helped us with a lot of things and also issues with a room. Breakfast pockets were simple, but great for starting your eatrly tour to places around Cusco. Also they were marked with a great quotes :) I cannot find any disadvantage of this property. Even its 15 min walk from city centre it is not a problem, maybe its an advantage while its calm. 11 out of 10 :) And Maggie needs to be promoted :)

O atendimento de todos os funcionários é o destaque do Hotel, as meninas da recepção, o rapaz do café da manhã, a equipe de limpeza, todos são super simpáticos e solícitos, a todo momento. Quando saímos, muito cedo, para os passeios eles prepararam um kit café de café da manhã, com alguns itens para você levar para o passeio. Hotel simples, mas confortável, água quentinha do chuveiro e boa localização, apenas 15 minutos caminhando até a praça central. Super recomento!
O wifi falha um poiuco, mas no geral tudo foi muito bom.

Все очень понравилось, при поездке на Мачу пикчу, оставили в отеле рюкзаки, возвращались поздно, нас ждали, дали много интересных советов.

A hospedagem é aconchegante, quarto amplo com banheira e bastante água quente.A água quente na torneira também é bem importante.
É um pouco distante do centro e a cama faz barulho.
Comfortable bed and great staff. Maggie at the front desk went above and beyond. She is an asset to business. I will never forget her kindness. All the staff were great.

Lovely place! Incredibly hospitable and friendly staff, really helped us out a bunch of times. Violetta really sorted us out with some travel a couple of times. Highly recommended!

She provided breakfast in the lobby as my leaving time is before breakfast. I am able to leave baggage here because i don’t want to take all my luggage to Machu Picchu.

Fabulous staff, super friendly & helpful. The building is beautiful. The shower is warm and clean and beds are comfy.
Bedding was dusty and the room was stuffy and musty every day, even with windows open.
Was charged ~40 soles more than booking.com price for paying on card. If you book here, we recommend paying in cash.
Honestly I was a bit doubtful with all the high scored, now I completely get it! The young lady from La Paz at the reception, I think her name is Maggie, was exceptional, nothing was an issue for her. The room was large and even though I saw other guests in the hotel I've never heard anyone. The first time in 3 months on this trip I slept without ear plugs and slept like a baby. And also the first hotel that had a little bedside lamp so you don't need to use the big light in the evening when trying to wind down.
Nothing really. The room was slightly cold, but way warmer than what I experienced in other hotels and they provided a blanket.
