Amazing stay, lovely staff and great location!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were super friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The room was really comfortable and clean, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. The location is great for exploring Tam Coc and the surrounding area. They also offer lots of tours and can help organise activities, buses and transfers, which makes everything so easy. I definitely recommend this place!

Это гостинный дом,все чисто...Очень вежливый персонал...Мы попали в неприятную ситуацию и хозяин поехал и привез одного из нас...Не по нашей вине.(ситуация).....по просьбе комнату убирали каждый день..Нам дали комнату больше,чем заказывали....

Cons:

Расположение не в центре..Идти где то 15мин..староваты велосипеды,напротив гостевого дома идет стройка,с утра уже в 6:00 начинали работать..приходилось вставать очень рано ....из за шума...

Son was an excellent host, he helped me with everything I needed like booking tours, early check in, and showering/relaxing even after my stay had ended when I was waiting for my bus. 10/10

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable beds, good swimming pool with pool table and breakfast was okay. Small buffet with different fruits, eggs, coffe and juice and pancakes or crepes. In 10min walking or less you arrive to the middle of the town. The manager was very helpful and friendly! He helped us to book a bus to go to Cat Ba

Proximité du centre ville, piscine, petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

La salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyée de tout mon séjour (3 nuits), il n’y avait plus de papier toilettes, les toilettes et la douche étaient sales et plein de calcaire, la poubelle débordait. Des personnes ont check out et leur lit n’a pas été fait.
Je leur ai laissé une Laundry et j’ai récupéré mon linge encore humide après 24h.

Nice homestay
Pros:

Nice, chill homestay with pool. I was in the 10 bed dorm but did not feel that there were so many beds in there- spacious room with nice layout allowing for privacy. Beds were big, comfortable with fan, light, curtains, hangers. Lockers also provided (some big enough to fit the suitcase in). Good aircon. Owner was nice & explained the tours offered and also helped me book transfer to my next location including pick up/ drop off. Location was very good, close to the bars/restaurants and also the rice fields and some pagodas- I rented a bike for 50k/ day from the homestay.

Cons:

No filtered water provided- you had to buy it which is very common in Vietnam but not very convenient. Breakfast was basic.

Pros:

This place was great. Tam Coc is a neat town but more of a younger party western tourist area. I left after one night only because I am older and wanted a more local vibe. That said, I had no complaints about the hostel. Son was fantastic. Even though he looked disappointed I left early, he still treated me with respect and refunded me for the unused nights.
I met some great people here and even made a few new friends.

Pros:

El homestay esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro pero un poco alejado, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo. Tiene una pileta ideal para cuando volves cansado de las excursiones y la habitación compartida era muy amplia, los cubículos muy cómodos. El personal es muy atento.

Cons:

Si tenes que trabajar remoto no lo recomendaría, unos días habían personas haciendo karaoke a todo volumen y otro cerraron el comedor para que una influencer haga unos videos.
