Pros:

The property was perfect, nice atmosphere and helpful staff members.The reception staff Aisha and Zain really enhanced our experience and made it x10 more easy and comfortable. The cleaning staff did their work to the fullest, every time we entered our room it looked as clean as new.
The rooms were nice and well equipped, beds were very clean, bathrooms were also really clean and nice .
The location of the hotel was also perfect, when you go down you immediately enter the West Walk.
I definitely recommend this hotel, it was perfect for both kids and adults from all aspects.

Pros:

Close location to cafes, restaurants, supermarket, £1 uber to the metro station , room clean, spacious, all staff very nice, swimming pool on the roof quite nice
