خدمة صف السيارات صدموا بسيارتنا المستأجرة و من يومها نطالبكم بانهاء الإجراءات ولم يتم الموضوع حتى الان
وبعدين؟

بالنسبة لموضوع السيارة تم إنهاء اجراءات التعويض المالي اليوم وتحويل مبلغ التأمين مع خصم قيمة الضريبة بالمقابل وعدونا خيير في الايام القادمة

للأمانة كانوا متعاونين جداً وسبب تأخيرهم كان شركة التأمين فقط

وقت الاقامة كان كل شي ممتاز والموظفين على قدر من المسؤولية وما قصروا

هل اعيد تجربة الاقامة؟ بالتأكيد نعم وأوصي بالفندق كذلك

شكراً لكم اداراة وموظفين الله يعطيكم العافية

مكان الاقامه ممتاز بوسط الويست ووك بين المطاعم والمقاهي المكيفه .. الترحيب رائع من موظفين الاستقبال وخدمه الروم سيرفس سريعه جدا وجميع العاملين مبتسمين وبشوشين وخدومين جدا

المرافق الصحيه بالحمام تحتاج صيانه حجزنا غرفتين واحده حوض المغسله مسدود ويطفح الماء والغرفه الثانيه بالوعة الشور مسدوده وعند الاستحمام الماء خرج لخارج الحمام الى وسط الغرفه

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Great location, room and facilities. Staff very helpful. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

We had to contact reception every day to get pool towels - last time we stayed. They were easily accessible! It was just a pain to wait for security to come and issue 2 towels
