Short very pleasant stay

The room was okay pretty big for two people

Cons:

Our experience felt much more like staying in a hostel than a hotel, and we didn’t feel safe during our stay.

We arrived at 2:00 PM instead of the standard 4:00 PM check-in time and were charged an additional £30 for early check-in. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving at around 12:30 AM because of repeated screaming and shouting in the hallways. At one point, a man came through reception shouting and slamming doors, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

There also appeared to be no staff present at the reception desk, meaning anyone could walk in through the front entrance without challenge. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and due to the lack of security and the disturbance throughout the evening, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Tried to scam us and make us pay £200 more and threatened to cancel are booking, knowing it was already 11PM and we had no where to go with 2 kids and being pregnant myself. Terrible experience, would never use this

Okay for money but pillows needs to b changed

Smell pillows were bad and tacky not good especially for a stay over
No milk no water
No air con
And the worst was no wardrobe or hanging for even a coat 😭😭😭

N we was given a double bed with a baby and told cot was extra when on booking it just said we can request cot it didn’t ask about additional pricing
Cot always came with a child under 2 every other hotel
