Pros:

La cama estaba comoda y está bien ubicado

Cons:

Llegamos a ducharnos después de un largo viaje y el agua no se iba por la ducha y el baño se inundo no nos pudimos duchar ese dia ni el dia siguiente hasta que vinieron a arreglarlo, sin embargo el lavamanos que también goteaba y avisamos siguió goteando asi que el baño vivió mojado lo que es muy peligroso e incomodo. La tv es pequeña y muy antigua no es smart tv, el espacio es bastante pequeño

Location, very central

Cons:

The code for getting into my room was not working. I couldn't check into my room when i needed, they finally let me in by opening the code remotely. I ended up changing my work schedule as i couldn't get out and back again in my room when i needed it as the remote conceirge service is not open in the morming.
Also the room is on a very busy main avenue and there are no double windows so the traffic noise was really loud all night long

Cons:

1. The biggest problem - this is a small basement with four rooms, and you are basically a hostage of other guests. In my case the guests in other rooms were smoking, and the whole basement was full of an awful cigarette smell.
The worst thing - the hosts did nothing to prevent this from happening (they promised to do something retroactively, but I would like them to proactively prevent this from happening)
If it was a normal apartment - I would have zero neighbours in other rooms.
If it was a normal hotel - I would have a reception to complain about and they would not allow smoking in the first place.
But alas, this is a "shared space" with no reception - the worst combination.

3. The street is noisy and the sound isolation is poor.

Les équipements et la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain.

Cons:

Nous avons indiqué aux hôtes que la douche était bouchée, personne n'est venu. Nous sommes restées 3 nuits avec l'eau qui envahissait la salle de bain à chaque douche.
C'est très très bruyant. l'hôtel est situé près d'une grande artère. ll n'y a aucune isolation phonique au niveau des fenêtres.

Pokój w podziemiach, nie za tanio, brak czajnika i głośno.

Łóżko i łazienka

Cons:

Są kawy i herbaty, ale nie było CZAJNIKA! personel przekonywał, że jest. Jak napisałem, że na pewno nie ma to przestali odpisywać.
Łóżko wygodne, bardzo głośno.
