Peaceful. Private. Picturesque.
Pros:

Sunsets from the pool! Such a peaceful, private and beautifully maintained place to spend time. We had two kids aged 9 and 12, and we did feel that it was slightly too far from the action for them. We also felt like our family was a bit loud, and worried we were disrupting some of the other guests because it's such a peaceful place. It's more suited to older travellers, couples and those with babies I would say. This is not a reflection on the property itself - I would love to come back without kids one day! It is stunning and such a lovely escape from the bustle of the city.

Cons:

The stairs leading up to the second bedroom in the Grand Deluxe Villa are basically vertical! Very hard to get a suitcase up there so keep this in mind.

Prachtig verblijf buiten de drukke stad
Pros:

Heerlijke plek buiten de drukke stad. We hadden een prachtig huisje aan het zwembad en aan de rivier, heel smaakvol ingericht ook, schoon en lekkere bedden. Super lieve gastheren en heerlijk zwembad. Ook prima brommers kunnen huren. Erg mooie en ontspannen plek.

Cons:

Als ik iets moet noemen: het ontbijt, dat was simpel - maar op zich wel oké hoor!

Pros:

Địa điểm view sông Hương, chiều đến có thể ngắm hoàng hôn. Phòng mình ở trên tầng 2 ban công rất rộng, tối gió mát lộng. Anh chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình, dễ thương, là điểm cộng trong chuyến du lịch này của bọn mình.

Hele mooie locatie
Pros:

Fantastische plek! Wij hadden het huisje dichtbij het water en hebben hier heerlijk genoten.
Het resort ligt wel buiten de stad en heeft geen restaurant dus voor diner moet je op pad maar het ontbijt was top!
Mijn man was jarig en ik had aan de manager gevraagd of hij iets kon regelen en dat was geen probleem, de taart vond hij geweldig, nogmaals bedankt!
Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en de huis hond was een schatje.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, ze zijn er nu wel een nieuw huisje aan het bouwen waarbij het uitzicht iets minder was. Maar we hebben er geen grote hinder van ondervonden.
Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen in de toekomst.

Havre de paix à deux pas de la ville.
Pros:

La tranquillité du quartier, la hue sur la rivière, la piscine super agréable et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, tout était très bien. Cependant nous pourrions noter quelques petites améliorations simples à faire 😉 proposer des transats ou des hamacs dans le jardin, proposer un petit déjeuner du type buffet pour tout ce qui est fruits et boissons en plus des demandes à la carte, proposer des serviettes pour la piscine et un fil à linge pour les étendre.
Sinon c’est un havre de paix, on aurait aimé y séjourner plus longtemps.

Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit im La Y Riverview. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in und um Huế. Die Villa ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr ordentlich und sauber – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen Gastgeber und das gesamte Team, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben. Ein echtes Highlight war der gemeinsame  Bierabend in entspannter, netter Gesellschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
