Pros:

Zona benessere top.
Lo staff veramente molto disponibile gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Cons:

Letti un po scomodi e peccato non ci sia l aria condizionata.. Quest anno sarebbe servita.

Soggiorno molto bello ma migliorabile
Pros:

Sicuramente il punto forte è l’area relax e la piscina, davvero ben tenuta e pulita così come il giardino con sdraio e vista montagne.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci e’ capitata una stanza con vista sulla strada leggermente rumorosa, soprattutto perché stavano facendo lavori, sia all’ edificio di fronte che a quello laterale.
Da migliorare il servizio ristorazione un po’ confusionario. Da migliorare anche la qualità e varieta’ delle portate sopratutto per la colazione.

Pros:

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza (viaggiavamo con due bimbi piccoli). Buona la cena con menù molto vario. Molto carina la piscina e il giardino esterno. Camera spaziosa, ottima pulizia.

Leider enttäuschend
Pros:

Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Garten und Pool sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Extrem laute Straße (rund um die Uhr Verkehr) und leider wurden wir vorab nicht darüber informiert, dass es aktuell 2 Baustellen direkt neben dem Hotel gibt. Der Lärm war teilweise leider unerträglich.

Man konnte auch die Fenster über Nacht nicht zulassen da es sehr warm war und das Zimmer nicht klimatisiert ist.

Zudem war unser Zimmer leider sehr klein. Ich würde dieses nur als Einzelzimmer anbieten. Für 2 Personen + Hund war es sehr beengt.

Ich möchte zudem anmerken, dass die Kommunikation sehr schwer war, da keine Englischkenntnisse vorhanden sind beim Personal. Wir mussten alles selbst herausfinden und haben uns leider nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Pros:

Accoglienza dello staff. La disponibilità della cameriera soprattutto per quanto riguarda le intolleranze alimentari. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Preferivo un buffet con più proposte salate per la colazione e i cuscini purtroppo erano davvero scomodi

Ottima soluzione per una vacanza in famiglia
Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa, pulizia eccellente, colazione con grande varietà, abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione, ci siamo trovati così bene che torneremo ad agosto!

Centro benessere e piscina belli, curati, puliti e rilassanti.
Cena e colazione oltre ogni aspettativa, veramente buono
