Nothing it was perfect
The room was lovely, so bright and spacious! It was clean and had everything that we needed for our 2 night stay. The man on reception was very friendly. The central location was perfect for our trip to Glasgow city centre.
Unfortunately, the noise outside from the youths that had gathered on the first night kept us up…we realised why earplugs were by the bed! The second night a police van was outside which I think kept the youths away, not sure if that was because of the night before or because of the football!
We also found it hard to gain entry to the property as no one answered the phone and had to wait between 5-10 minutes until we got in (we later found out that the receptionist was busy with other customers) so maybe the code could be emailed to customers prior to their visit?

The facility is new, room is clean, and the location is close to both train stations
The reception is open from 10-6, check-in starts in 3.30pm and check out till 10pm. So it mostly self - service. Its not an issue till they asked to charge 100 pounds deposit by card. They said they released it the same day of check-out.But for starling, monzo, n26 will take up to 28 days for the deposit to come back to your card. Honestly it's too unprofessional and there should be another mechanism instead of transferring the risks/cost to the customers. I didn't get my deposit back yet, and for sure will never book it again.
Good location in town .
Easy access and spacious studio .
Sofa uncomfortable and unsure how to work air con so room was stuffy .
The noise in the lane in the morning from about 6am was horrendous.
Really nice spacious room which was clean and comfortable.
Our kitchen swan neck tap was hanging off. Location outside attracts homeless people sadly and upon arrival many were fighting- not the accommodations fault but not nice to witness.
Upon arrival access wasn’t the easiest.
3 bags of rubbish left at our door overnight which still wasn’t removed when checking out at 10am. Seems like only one person is available and no one about when checking out to discuss issues. You have to do all of the running around to get any service.
The location was great and the interior design looked really nice. Also, the room was supposed to be really big and spacious.
We knew we would arrive late to Glasgow and so looked for a place with 24/7 reception. Booking.com showed this property and their check-in information only said that it is from 15:00. The price was really good so we booked.
AFTER we booked, we got an email saying that because of our late check-in, we need to send pictures of our IDs via WhatsApp. That immediately alarmed us, since you can sign-up for a paid subscription or make bookings with ID pictures. Hence, we thought of this as a scam.
Another red flag was the £ 100 security deposit. Imagine you have £ 100 in your pocket, see a room for such price and so book it. And then you learn you need to pay ANOTHER £ 100, just in case. This will be returned to you, but only after 28 days (no idea why it should take this long). That's like coming to a restaurant, checking the menu and deciding you'd like the pasta for £ 15. But first you have to pay £ 100, just in case. We later learned that this is, in fact, written in the fine print. How is this legal however, is still beyond me, I've never encountered such practice before. We stayed at another two hotels in Glasgow, none of them doing this. Never mind that they took the security deposit from my bank account even without us ever checking-in!
We decided not to stay at a place that uses such tricks to get sensitive information and more money from customers.
Also disappointed with Booking.com for allowing such property on their site. This is not an accommodation service but your usual room rental with terrible landlord and you getting the worst treatment. There is plenty of great places to stay in Glasgow, so I suggest to avoid this one if you value your personal information and don't have extra £ 100 to lend these people for a month.
Central location. Great facilities. Spacious suite.
