Pros:

The service was extremely poor, and it is impossible to sleep here as loud celebrations outside last until 1:00 AM. To make matters worse, it has been over a month and my refund still hasn't been returned, and the management completely ignores all my messages and refuses to respond. A very frustrating and irresponsible experience.

Super bir deneyim.
Pros:

Hayatımızda bu kadar merkezi ve daha kullanışlı bir odada hiç kalmamıştık. Cok cok begendık. Merkezin tam ortasında ve her yere yurume gittik. Ayrıca odada mutfak olması ( buzdolabı, fırın, bulasıkmakinası) bizim için çok kolaylık sağladı. Hiç ama hiç düşünmeden burda kalırım tekrar.

Overall, it was a lovely stay despite the slight problems before arriving. The fire alarm did go off during our stay at

Loved the location as well as the fact that all the essentials + more were included. Could also grab some more stuff from reception if needed.

Cons:

Didn't like the fact you had to pay a deposit on your stay. Also didn't like the fact that it was asking you to send ID and the deposit over Whatsapp.

A good place to stay in the middle of city.
Pros:

Great location smack in the city close to main station. The room size is big and has good sound proofing. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Pros:

Très grande chambre. Assez central dans Glasgow. Accueil courtois.

Cons:

La place devant l'hôtel est un peu craignos.
Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pendant mon séjour.

A good choice for someone traveling in by train, but not so much if you have a car.
Pros:

The room was really nice. It was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The check-in was a pain. I didn’t like that I had to phone to be let into the building. Also, it was advertised as having parking, which was only partly true. The parking was at a garage, not right at the hotel, and you had to pay extra for it.

Nice property in good location but don’t expect much from the staff
Pros:

Lovely lay out, very comfy good facilities and location.

Cons:

Staff communication was awful, no reply to messages for over 24 hours. Little to no help. Fair ground outside the hotel room and lots of kids on street making noise.

excellent location
Pros:

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Glasgow. The apartment was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable. We were worried that we would be disturbed by the funfair that was directly outside the front door, but the room was at the back of the building and was therefore very quiet. Lovely toiletries

Cons:

I didn't like having to have £100 deposit on hold on my bank account. Otherwise, all was good
