Niet voor herhaling,, er zijn fijne en schone hotels voor minder, op tijd zoeken en boeken voor NYC!
Pros:

Het enige wat enigszins goed was, was de locatie. Een flinke maar fijne wandeling naar Time Square die we fijn vonden in de avond weerhield ons er van om gillend weg te rennen. We waren hiervoor net vroegtijdig uitgecheckt bij een ander hotel die wel hygiënisch en klantvriendelijk was maar op een hele slecht locatie. We waren na een rondreis van een maand te moe om in onze laatste dagen in de VS nog een keer te verplaatsen of met het hotelpersoneel in gesprek te gaan, personeel wat al niet erg vriendelijk of benaderbaar was.. Daarnaast vonden we zonde van de korte tijd die we nog hadden in New York. Maar normaal gesproken zouden we nooit in een hotel willen blijven waar de hygiëne en de service zo niet klantgericht zijn. De hygiëne was echt dramatisch en dan nog niet gesproken over faciliteiten waar het totaal aan ontbrak. Jammer dat ook via booking de accomodatie zelf niet welwillend is om voor een oplossing te kijken. De slechte beoordelingen rondom hygiëne en faciliteiten zijn niet voor niets!

Cons:

Zon beetje alles behalve de locatie.

Got the job done, no frills.
Pros:

The location was great. Easy access to subway station and great neighborhood. Room was clean and met needs. Luggage storage was helpful.

Cons:

Staff was friendly enough, but definitely didn't put in extra effort to make guests feel welcome. Hotel was no frills which is fine for price, but noisy (lots of crashing fire doors) slow elevators, halls reeked of marijuana.

Stayed 2 nights with my daughter. Was pretty good location and easy to find.
Pros:

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Bed was comfy and room was clean

Cons:

I feel like the room was small for what we paid per night maybe that’s just normal rate for NYC

We arrived 45 minutes before check in, the desk attendant didNOT say that our room wasn't ready. We unloaded our luggage she gives us tags to hold our property then say our room wasn't ready. It is less then 30 minutes to check in at this point. We reload our luggage and come back. Attendant was kind check in was smooth. We get in elevator and I notice something on panel, it smells like bug spray. Now we have a bad vibe. Hallways are narrow, and not homey (no carpet, pictures, decor etc. Open door to our room smells like an old bedroom that was closed up for a period of time and bug sprayed. We weren't comfortable at this point so we go to desk and tell her we don't want the room. She says never asks why, If something was wrong, how can I make it better, we can refund you, just ok

The staff were lovely and it is a great budget hotel
Pros:

This hotel was in a perfect location for our trip, the staff were lovely, we had everything we needed, a secure room with a safe , a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom . As we were only staying a few nights it made sense to have a choice of full house keeping or just towel change, it’s a comfortable lower priced option . Also good air conditioning

Cons:

The View wasn’t great, but it didn’t really matter as we weren’t in the room in the day
