A lovely stay and great staff.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and staff were very good and friendly. The breakfast was lovely the location was excellent. It is a noisy area at weekends but I slept well.

Cons:

It is a new hotel updated in an old building. It is very lovely but there is a window fan rather than full air con. This was fine by me but I think Americans are used to air con.

La déco de l'hôtel est magnifique, très agréable
Bar et restau également très bien et service très agrèable

Cons:

La climatisation mobile ne convenait absolument pas à notre chambre, coincée entre mur et côté du lit et donc ne servait à rien ; l'hôtel l'a modifiée et changée de place mais pas super et pas trop acceptable pour ce type d'hôtel..
Pas d'ascenseur et 2 étages â gravir avec les valises bien qu'une personne ait pris en charge une valise, mais étions trois !!

Hotel veramente carino, centrale e pulito. È presente una stazione con il caffè Starbucks, the e acqua disponibile 24h al secondo piano, molto comoda.

Cons:

Camera Kind Deluxe piccola, con una sola finestra. Assenza di aria condizionata “tradizionale”. Pulizia a giorni alterni. Wi-Fi lento.

It was Great!
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of everything in Downtown - public transportation, Petco ballpark, Margaritaville where our 5k/10k was, and great food. Also like the history of the building - used to house international students so ceilings were super high and, the bar/restaurant used to be a Speakeasy and still has that vibe.

Cons:

It was unusually hot in San Diego and while there was an in-room air-conditioner our room was on the warm side.
