安心安全の東横イン
Pros:

スタッフさんがとても丁寧で笑顔が素敵でした。
チェックイン前に荷物を預かって貰えた。
お部屋は狭いが掃除が行き届いていました。
お部屋に入ったらクーラーがついていて、暑い日だったので嬉しかったです。

Cons:

赤羽駅の近くだからでしょうか、夜中まで酔っ払いが騒いでいて、何度か外の騒音で目が覚めました。
廊下の音や声が丸聞こえなので、人の出入りで目が覚めます。
bookingドットコムで予約を取ると、名前が英語表記になるそうで、確認に少し時間がかかりました。

ベッドが大きくて、すごく嬉しかったです。

Cons:

予約の段階で喫煙室しか空きがなかったので、少し匂いが気になりました。(当然仕方のないことですが……)

気持ち良く過ごせたホテル
Pros:

清潔感が充分で気持ち良く利用できた

Cons:

空気清浄機があれば尚よろし。
また、枕が2種類くらいあったら良かった。少ししっかり目の方が好みなので。
