My room booking is denied from Hotel Reception. Demand extra money for room. Charge extra 500/- For room. Plz dont go this property. Staff behavior very rude.

So unprofessional staff ,Have booked for the day but neither staff has taken confirmation nor Booking.com has taken the responsiblity infact while checking in they said that booking not available and @12 night they have asked me to shift from the property. Location wise it is far from station and all locations same was not mentioned.
the hotel staff were extremely impolite , charged me Rs 800/- despite rates being decided as Rs 562/- plus taxes.they were blunt to say that they dont go by booking .com rates .It was unfortunate to note that despite rates being decided by Booking,com , they refused to listen and stand by on the rates .
Rooms were dirty and staff was impolite . will never prefer to stay or recommend
