You’re not getting a full 24 hour stay at the hotel. You cannot book in till 3:00pm on the day of yours stay and you hav

The size of the room good.

Cons:

The overall look was a bit tired looking. Panel missing in the bathroom under the sink panels on the wall going down the stairs damaged and cracked. The whole hotel needs refreshing.

Cons:

Shower faulty and water leaking when I reported it they knew about it and said it was in hand why put us in a faulty room 😡 very much in need of updating, paid 170 quid not worth it in the slightest and you have to pay extra for breakfast book elsewhere as there are plenty of better options

Lovely place to stag for the festival

Really friendly welcome. We only were staying for the festival and easy to get taxi to and from. Rooms clean and comfortable

Really good food and service , staff lovely , need to update the beds

It was nicely decorated and the bar area was nice

Cons:

Some of the rooms were outside you had to go through a fire door with a large drop as you go through it no good for disabled people, the mattress on the bed must have been 10 years old the sides of it collapsed when you sat on it couldn’t change rooms so asked for extra quits and slept on the floor for 2 nights , towel rail didn’t work either

Good stay let down by poor staff consideration.
Pros:

Friendly staff ,good location .Clean rooms just needing an update Great bar area and outside space .

Cons:

On our last night staff accommodation opposite our room (5) played excessively loud music .This started at 12.30am till 2am .As reception is unmanned we were unable to complain and get the matter resolved.

The bar staff were friendly

Cons:

That I couldn’t get anything to eat. Restaurant closed for supper(a Monday night at 8pm), closed for breakfast next day.

Noisy room - water? Heating? I don’t know, but it was loud!

Many parking spaces.

Cons:

It looks like there is wifi but actually the wifi was not working. Mattress is not comfortable at all. Toilet seat broken. Carpet smells very badly. Right after we checked in around 11pm, nobody at reception. I rang the reception line many times but no answer. It is basically a pub with some rooms. Avoid

Pros:

It was clean, tidy, in a good location, the bed was very comfortable which is a big thing for me. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, would definitely stay again.

Very pleased with the hotel, staff, comfort and food!
Pros:

We watched England play and were rewarded with free snacks/food at half time- brilliant staff.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off at 3.30 am, sure it was an accident, it was a false alarm , but I couldn’t sleep after that!

Pros:

Location was perfect for me. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

No breakfast available on either morning, without advance notice. Noone asked me if everything was OK for me during my stay. No easy chair or bathmat in my room and the cups were not renewed with clen ones. I didn't complain as it wasn't essential for me, but was disappointing that those details were not attended to. I have stayed before and it was excellent.
