The location was not as advertised in the booking.
It took some time to get acquainted with the location.
I was given a small room with two small beds and was informed that this is considered a room for three.
The fridge was not working.
The towels were stained.
I was told that all rooms booked through Booking.com are garden view (which was not mentioned in the advert) and that I would need to pay more to get a sea view.
The air conditioning was very weak, and the room was extremely hot.
There was a very poor response from reception; no one came to inspect the room for six hours, and they only offered to move me to a decent room at 12 AM when I had already collected my baggage and intended to leave.
It was a very bad experience.
