location was great to where we needed to go

Cons:

when showering water went all on the floor if had towel on floor that just got soaked
also fridge door needs fixing inside had to lie our bottles down in fridge couldnt stand them up on door not that it was much of a problem

great location and pool facilities but dont expect too much from a "managed air b and b"

i liked the location, views and pooland spa facilities

Cons:

firstly the kiosk key lock bog/office was unattended, the 2 after hours mobile numbers did not respond even after leaving messages to please call me. The lock box LCD screen is difficult to read when following key pad instructions{should be upgraded and lower to reach}, this led to no assistance when trying to check in. The star residence counter at the star casino give you NO assisstance, NO where to leave luggage until check in time,NO where to leave luggage after check out and departure,carry your luggage until flights.Booking is independant of other star residence accomodation and star casino rooms so be very sure as to what you book as your're on your own, NO shower soap,conditioner,coffee/tea sugar Basic amenities dichwasher still unpacked,tv remote very fickle. I did expect more condidering the price of a room

One of our favourite stays on the Gold Coast. We’ll definitely be back!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The view was stunning, especially at night when the city lights came to life!!
it was definitely one of the highlights.
The location couldn’t have been better, directly across from Pacific Fair and right above The Star Casino, making everything so convenient and within walking distance. Parking was affordable with plenty of spaces available, which made our stay even easier.
The staff were also amazing!!!!! They responded to our messages within an hour every time and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was fantastic value for money, and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful view heaps of space for my family. Neat and tidy and close to everything I needed

Cons:

The Netflix kept logging out and you have to contact a member to log back in which was annoying. Ended up logging into mine then there work acc tried to take over my account but they resolved fast

wonderful! Enjoyed the room and the area.
Pros:

location was perfect for us, close to shops, beach & pubs. Great pool for the kids, room was so nice with great views.
any issues we had, were handled quickly when we emailed the company.

Cons:

The reception wasn't very helpful as we rented from a private owner through booking.com and not through The Star.
Bit disappointed the room didn't have a few things we could use like some tea, coffee, salt, pepper and things like that just for use on the first night/morning, just things you would get in most hotels/apartments you rent.
