Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food and coffee was excellent. It was an easy walk to the beach. The room was well proportioned, decor was quirky and tasteful and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Road noise was quite noticeable in our room at night.

A differentiated experience and fantastic customer service
Pros:

Attention to detail was high across the board and all of the staff shared the same attitude towards excellent customer service which was really welcomed and appreciated. The general feel and design of the hotel was standout throughout the hotel and made you really feel like you were part of the experience

Cons:

The bed's weren't the comfiest but were adequate

Nice facility with a really good breakfast.
Pros:

The room lived up to how it was described. The breakfast was particularly good. The location was not too far from the beach and was also quiet at night. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The check in process could have been slightly better. We were told we couldn’t leave our bags initially as the room wasn’t ready and then were told we could. It is a bit silly to have to have that conversation.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place.
Pros:

Second stay here, it's such a wonderful place! The staff are amazing and so willing and open to help and make sure everything is taken care of, it's more like going to a friends house than a hotel/B&B/Lodge. The food, coffee and overall vibe is perfect.

Cons:

We were in a room that is right over the kitchen fan and it's SO loud, it does switch off around 9:30 but it's a presence and might not be suitable for anyone with sensitive ears.
No other notes, all good.

Cool and convenient Boscombe mini break
Pros:

Nice lively atmosphere in the restaurant but the room was s quiet and comfortable . Staff were friendly and food was good .

I would stay again if i was working in the area.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was very comfortable but the batroom was a little small and wash hand basin not easy to use. Food in the evening was wonderful and breakfast was great too.

Cons:

I had issues with the T.V. It was a smart TV and when you clicked on an app it would not connect including BBC I player and ITV X. Maybe a WiFI problem at the time.
