Chambre propre mais très petite ainsi que la salle de bain.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Pas de panneau pour indiquer l' hôtel !
Escalier très pentu et ne convient pas aux personnes qui ont des difficultés motrices.
Pas de possibilité de poser les affaires de toilette !! ( Pas de tablette)
Manque un tapis de douche.
Attention les photos sont trompeuses, la fenêtre donne sur le couloir donc la chambre est sombre.

A good option if staying in Puno. Nice and comfortable, no major complaints. They even had coffee and fruit ready for us

Clean, good wifi, nice staff, close to the centre of Puno.

Cons:

Bathroom is very small meaning your knees can hit the wall on the toilet.

Pros:

Todo en general perfecto, habitación amplia y limpia, cama cómoda y un desayuno muy aceptable. Les pedimos dejar las maletas todo el día, ya que marchamos al día siguiente a la noche y nos las guardaron sin poner una pega y mucha habilidad

Estancia en Puno
Pros:

Hotel pequeñito cerca de la Plaza de Armas de Puno. Habitación y baño pequeños pero limpios.

Cons:

El desayuno muy escaso, tanto en cantidad como en calidad. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas y empinadas. El pago se debe realizar obligatoriamente en efectivo, pero en ningún momento de la reserva se advirtió de ello. Nos costó localizar el hotel porque no hay ningún rótulo a la vista.

Pros:

A lovely hotel just a stone’s throw from the centre of Puno. The location is hard to beat, with everything you might need right on the doorstep, including bakeries, places to eat and laundry services.

The hotel itself is very clean with a lovely interior. We especially appreciated the superb bedding – there were multiple blankets to snuggle up under when the Puno nights turned cold, and the quality linen made the bed incredibly comfortable. We had a very good night’s sleep throughout our stay.

Breakfast was fairly simple but perfectly adequate to get you through the morning, particularly handy as so many tours in Puno start very early. A big thank you to Marisol, who looked after us so well at breakfast. We even witnessed her accommodating some impressively early requests from other guests – including serving breakfast at 5am!

A special mention must also go to the receptionist and manager, Marina. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible, including helping us arrange pick-ups and answering any questions we had. She also speaks excellent English, which made communication incredibly easy and was very much appreciated.

Overall, a very comfortable, clean and welcoming place in an unbeatable location. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Puno.
