Pros:

A lovely hotel just a stone’s throw from the centre of Puno. The location is hard to beat, with everything you might need right on the doorstep, including bakeries, places to eat and laundry services.

The hotel itself is very clean with a lovely interior. We especially appreciated the superb bedding – there were multiple blankets to snuggle up under when the Puno nights turned cold, and the quality linen made the bed incredibly comfortable. We had a very good night’s sleep throughout our stay.

Breakfast was fairly simple but perfectly adequate to get you through the morning, particularly handy as so many tours in Puno start very early. A big thank you to Marisol, who looked after us so well at breakfast. We even witnessed her accommodating some impressively early requests from other guests – including serving breakfast at 5am!

A special mention must also go to the receptionist and manager, Marina. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible, including helping us arrange pick-ups and answering any questions we had. She also speaks excellent English, which made communication incredibly easy and was very much appreciated.

Overall, a very comfortable, clean and welcoming place in an unbeatable location. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Puno.

Letto comodo, doccia calda e super disponibilità dello staff (colazione alle 5 del mattino, servizio lavanderia, disponibilità di lasciare i bagagli).

Ottima posizione e personale top. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Ottima posizione, vicino alla piazza centrale.
Bagno grande e acqua calda. Personale disponibilissimo che ci ha aiutato per prenotare il taxi la mattina presto per la nostra escursione sul lago e ci ha preparato la colazione take away. Pulizia giornaliera delle camere disponibile.
Smart Tv grande in camera.

Cons:

Non c’è l’ascensore, quindi un po scomodo se si hanno bagagli pesanti.
Un’insegna fuori non guasterebbe per trovare l’hotel più facilmente all’arrivo.
Dotazioni in camera un po’ al minimo (un solo asciugamano e forniti solo sapone e shampoo monodose)

Avevo prenotato una stanza molto ampia e mi hanno dato una camera minuscola. Dopo mille lamentele siamo riusciti a cambiarla. Stanze molto fredde e non v’è possibilità di avere una stufa.
