the main issue was the lack of hot water on arrival
Pros:

We arrived quite late, but late check-in wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. A heater would have been highly appreciated, as it was extremely cold.

Cons:

That said, the main issue was the lack of hot water on arrival. Given that it was snowing in Puno and temperatures were around 0°C, it was quite disappointing not to be able to take a warm shower after a long day of travel.

The staff were lovely and even helped with a bus to the airport. The room was huge also!

The staff were very accommodating. I accidentally booked a single room instead of double but they handed straight away no issue. The room was massive and very friendly staff

Great staff and location
Pros:

The staff was great, very helpful with luggage and very quick to come up with a solution when we forgot our passports there(!) We liked the quiet neighnbourhood, even though it was central enough that we could walk everywhere. The breakfast was really good and we would absolutely stay again.

Cuarto, cama cómoda

Cons:

Que no tienen algo caliente al llegar, recomendaría tengan mate de coca para el mal de altura, solo ofrecen a la hora de desayuno.
