10/10 – Un soggiorno meraviglioso
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero splendido al Santo Mine. La struttura è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio di Santorini.
La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: si affaccia sul mare regalando una vista incredibile e, allo stesso tempo, si raggiunge Oia in circa tre minuti a piedi, quindi è possibile godersi il paese senza rinunciare alla tranquillità dell’hotel.
Lo staff è stato eccezionale: sempre sorridente, disponibile, professionale e molto diligente. Un ringraziamento particolare al servizio concierge, davvero impeccabile, che ci ha assistito con grande attenzione e competenza durante tutto il soggiorno.
Molto bella anche la piscina, perfetta per rilassarsi, e ottima la ristorazione. Abbiamo apprezzato sia la colazione, ricca e di qualità, sia la cena, sempre all’altezza delle aspettative.
Un hotel di altissimo livello, che consiglierei senza alcuna esitazione a chi desidera vivere Santorini con il massimo del comfort e del servizio.
Incredible from the moment you arrive! Staff are so polite and attentive - sunset view suite was just amazing for the evening. Good location to walk into Oia.
Everything was great - however I think my rental car was damaged from the valet parking which was frustrating
The staff provided exceptional service (Escpecially: Katerina, Eleni and Edvard), the suite was outstanding, and the sunset views were unparalleled.
Please get rid of the plastic drinking straws :)

Estando en las instalaciones del hotel, daba la sensación de estar alejados de la civilización, pero luego al salir al exterior, el centro de Oia estaba a pocos pasos.
We stayed here for our honeymoon for 4 nights and cannot say enough good things about the property! The service was excellent (a true 5 star experience), our room was beautiful, and we enjoyed the restaurant as well for dinner. Breakfast was also lovely. A very short walk from the centre of Oia. Highly recommend!

Super schöne und ruhige Anlage mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal.
Unsere Suite hat uns viel Privatsphäre geboten und der eigene Pool war traumhaft. Das Frühstück war extrem gut und abwechslungsreich. War jeden Tag ein Highlight :)
Wir haben es so genossen!
Die Massagen im hauseigenen Spa waren teuer. Aber dafür auch gut!
Liked the infinity pools and jacuzzis in the room.
The view from every room was excellent.
They had a pillow menu from which we could choose the right pillows for us.
The property is not far from the Oia town and the Ammoudi Bay - a short uphill walk to Oia, and a downhill walk to Ammoudi Bay.
The golf carts were easy to get for navigation within the property. The property was pretty walkable though for a fit individual.
The Alme restaurant had good food. However, they had no mechanism to block the Sun or provide blankets when it became too cold.
Room service menu was extremely limited which is surprising given the resort setting.
They were not very responsive over email. It took multiple emails and Booking.com texts to try and get an airport transfer scheduled. Apparently my email kept getting into their spam filter but that was a bit ridiculous after the 10th reply to the same email chain. They also required paying the airport transfer driver by cash which is not standard in 5 stars where we should be able to add it to the room charge and they figure out the payments behind the scenes with whoever the vendor is.
The check in process was excruciatingly long. I don't understand why every single person needs a whole thing to be filled out by myself when the IDs are already provided. Further, it wasn't like this was recording some useful info. Just clicking buttons. Their system was also unable to do the payments and had to be restarted to get it working. Longest check in experience I have ever encountered out of the 100s of hotels I have stayed in.
The room pools were very easily visible from the walking paths, so it wasn't private.
The housekeeping staff didn't really respect the Do Not Disturb sign. They kept coming into the room just after one knock.
The shower and toilets were quite far away from each other in the room.
The price is very high given the service mishaps.
Great breakfast, beautiful room, amazing view, quiet, comfortable bed.
Everything is expensive for Greece (spa, restaurants, coffee, bottle of water)
