Cute rooms, unfortunately we didn’t like anything else about the hotel

Armela who is the hotel manager is a young girl who does an amazing job and really makes this hotel a 10/10. She’s incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing is too much to ask.
The rooms are spotless and spacious, the breakfast is very generous with a nice surprise of what you may have each day with a large selection.
It is a steep walk up hill from the beach and restaurants, but this didn’t bother us at all.
The beach club associated with this hotel was lovely with great service and incredible food.
Highly recommend the Mussel House for dinner just 5 minutes taxi ride away from the bright lights of Ksamil centre on a tranquil lake.

Adoramos a estadia, tudo perfeito. Pequeno-almoço muito bom, e sempre foram atenciosos e cuidadosos connosco, até no último dia que tivemos de efetuar early checkout, prepararam-nos uns snacks para levarmos na viagem visto que não iamos poder aproveitar o pequeno-almoço. A repetir,sem dúvida!

Wonderful stay! Excellent hospitality, attentive management, and high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Especially Armela made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for.
The beach was also beautiful, clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

The staff was amazing! Breakfast very fresh with daily changing items. Everything was very clean.

Die Dame an der Rezeption (es tut mit jetzt so leid das ich nicht nach ihrem Namen gefragt habe) war ein Engel. Sie hat uns so geholfe, sowohl mit Autoproblemen die wir hatten als auch mit der Buchung unserer Liegen am Strand. Das Hotel selbst ist zwar ein gutes Stück vom Strand am Foto entfernt aber dafür ist der Preis für Ksamil auch gut.

From the minute we arrived the staff were really friendly and accommodating, it was super easy to organise a reservation at the beach with a free transfer included. Also we were provided with a list of local recommendations for our time here in Ksamil which were extremely helpful. We always looked forward to the breakfast as this was something different everyday and a great size! The room was clean and tidy as well as the rest of the property. Overall a fantastic stay and would come again.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa gracias al trato tan cercano, amable y familiar de todo el personal. Se nota que cuidan muchísimo cada detalle y que realmente se preocupan por el bienestar de sus huéspedes.

El hotel estaba impecable, tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes, y las instalaciones se veían muy nuevas y perfectamente cuidadas. Todo estaba limpio y en unas condiciones excelentes.

El desayuno nos sorprendió muchísimo: muy variado, completo y con productos muy buenos. Había opciones para todos los gustos y era una manera perfecta de empezar el día.

Otro punto que nos encantó fue su ubicación. Está lo suficientemente apartado de la zona turística y del ruido, a unos 10 minutos andando, por lo que puedes disfrutar de toda la zona y, al volver al hotel, descansar tranquilamente sin ningún tipo de ruido.

Sin duda, ha sido una estancia de 10. Un hotel acogedor, limpio, cuidado y con un trato humano que marca la diferencia. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo. ❤️

Very nice family run hotel with pool in a quiet corner of Ksamil. Wonderful breakfast changing every day. Car is favorable for getting to the beach and around. The family also owns a nice and quiet beach restaurant close to Bora Bora Beach which has parking and for which reservations can be made.

Hotel bellissimo con servizi premium, la colazione varia ogni giorno con circa 5 piatti serviti direttamente al tavolo + 1 piatto singolo a tua discrezione tra quelli proposti.
La reception è super cordiale e disponibile ad ogni esigenza.
Noi consigliamo di stare al piano terra lato piscina così da avere a 5 metri di distanza sia la macchina parcheggiata fuori che la piscina, munita di letini e di asciugamani utilizzabili senza problemi.
La camera è molto bella ed è servita con accappatoi e acqua di benvenuto.
PS. anche se non usufuita ho visto la possibilità di cenare

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel wirklich sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gemütlich – genau der richtige Ort, um nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen.
Besonders positiv ist uns das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal aufgefallen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird. Jeder Kontakt war herzlich und unkompliziert.
Für uns war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt, bei dem einfach alles gepasst hat. Wir nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Zeit! ❤️

Obiekt niezwykle czysty, a wnętrza dopracowane w każdym detalu. Basen znajdujący się na terenie obiektu był zawsze wyczyszczony i gotowy do kąpieli. Lokalizacja idealna dla osób, które nie lubią gwarnych ulic. Obsługa zawsze pomocna i na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadanka przepyszne i bogate w rozmaitości.
