A place where you truly feel like family ❤️
Pros:

The warm and personal service. We truly felt like family, not just guests. The hotel is modern, very clean and peaceful. The food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The attention they gave to our children was wonderful.

Cons:

Nothing. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

Pros:

Bella struttura, ottimi servizi, ottimo il cibo forse solo un po ripetitivo il menu della cena, ma su richiesta hanno messo a disposizione varianti ai piatti eccellenti. Camera eccellente, bella, pulita, letto comodissimo e lenzuola tiratissime, . la spiaggia è in realta un lido privato convenzionato, dove si puo approfittare di posteggio gratuito e spiaggia libera, oppure a pagamento di ombrelloni, lettini e gazebo, a prezzi piu cari della media di altre spiagge dell'area.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

A small boutique hotel with lovely staff, a great view and delicious food. On one day we had the pool pretty much to ourselves.

Días en Ksamil.
Pros:

La zona del hotel era genial para poder descansar y a la vez estar cerca de la zona más comercial. La limpieza fue de 10, cada día limpiaban habitaciones, las recogían y cambiaban toallas y sábanas.
Tanto el desayuno como la cena estuvieron genial, bastante comida para quedar bien.
Podías cambiar la cena por la comida, avisando con antelación.
En la parte del personal, muy atento y muy servicial, el hotel es de lo mejor del viaje a Albania (Ksamil).
La piscina muy chula y perfecta, te daban toallas para estar en las hamacas.
10/10

Cons:

Quizás como única pega, no tener postre cada día en la cena 😬 pero se solucionaba con un helado en la zona del paseo.
