Ottima esperienza staff cordiale e cortese
Pros:

Ottima colazione, abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata e subito ci hanno dato una camera sostitutiva
Staff gentilissimo,piscina tranquilla e acqua fresca unica pecca i piccioni che sono numerosi e lasciano spiacevoli sorprese in acqua e bordo piscina

Sinceramente non credo si posso definire un 4 stelle.
La camera Superior con pavimenti che scricchiolano, due lettini scomodi e rumorosi attaccati, tanfo di moquette nel corridoio e pulizia che lascia a desiderare. Colazione davvero deludente, struttura con spazi ampi ma gestiti male.

Ottimo posizionamento a Lecce, parcheggio e piscina
Pros:

Staff efficiente e a disposizione. Ampio parcheggio per le auto anche se non custodito. Collocato in modo ottimale sia rispetto al centro storico di Lecce (basta attraversare la strada) che rispetto alle vie di comunicazione (proprio al termine della statale 16). È stato un ottimo punto di appoggio per gite giornaliere nel Salento e a Taranto. Al termine delle quali abbiamo anche goduto della piscina dell’ hotel.

Cons:

La struttura ha indubbiamente bisogno di qualche lavoro di ammodernamento.

Nous sommes arrivés pour 2 nuits avec notre chien. Nous avons fait le Check-in avec le chien, on a même pris nos cartes d’identité. En partant, le manager découvre qu’il y a eu une erreur de son staff car nous étions dans une chambre avec moquette (la moquette est loin d’être neuve..). Notre chien a dormi dans son panier et nous sommes sortis visiter toute la journée, au point que nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. En partant, le manager nous dit qu’il y a eu une erreur de son staff, et décide de nous faire payer 50€ au hasard pour le chien !!! Il nous dit qu’il ne peut pas prouver car le montant pour le chien est écrit nulle part, et nous dit qu’il a décidé du montant !! En plus, il a eu des propos racistes envers les français, disant « qu’en Italie ils font confiance et on paye à la fin, pas comme les français qui ne sont pas honnêtes »!! Nous sommes en road trip en italie, nous avons plusieurs hôtels différents à travers le pays, sans AUCUN problème, et à chaque fois qu’il était demandé une charge additionnelle pour le chien, c’était écrit et demandé à notre arrivée.
Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel à cause de ce manager, c’est clairement du VOL !
Si je ne suis pas remboursée je laisserai le même message sur tous les sites pour que ce monsieur soit dénoncé.

Una vera e propria truffa!
Siamo arrivati per soggiornare 2 notti con il nostro cane. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in dichiarando la presenza del cane e ci sono state persino richieste le nostre carte d’identità. Al momento della partenza, il manager scopre che c’è stato un errore da parte del suo staff, perché ci era stata assegnata una camera con moquette (che, tra l’altro, è tutt’altro che nuova).

Il nostro cane ha dormito nel suo trasportino e noi siamo usciti a visitare la città per tutta la giornata, al punto che non abbiamo nemmeno avuto il tempo di usufruire della piscina.

Cons:

Rooms needed updating, Pool area had lots of loose slabs. Tired appearance.

Cons:

Struttura a cui manca una manutenzione. Tante piccole cose che poi messe insieme danno fastidio e poi la piscina che era un abbeveratoio per i piccioni del quartiere.
