Eine wunderschöne Zeit mit bleibender Erinnerung!
Pros:

Die Anlage ist außerordentlich schön angelegt, das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich, der Service war wunderbar. Der Blick über den Bodensee war wunderschön!. Insgesamt: Es war hervorragend.

Wir haben den hauseigenen, alkoholfreien Sekt mit großem Genuss getrunken und diverse Getränke nach einer Verkostung mit nach Hause genommen.

Décevant malgré le cadre.
Pros:

Le lieu est très joli, ses vues sont fantastiques.

Cons:

Tout a mal commencé: je pensais que l'arrivée se faisait à partir de 15h, alors que c'était à 15h.30. je pense que c'est à partir de ce moment-là que tout a basculé. Deux jeunes employées ont essayé d'être aimables, mais cela ne suffit pas; on attend du professionnalisme. En revanche, une femme plus âgée, qui ne s'est jamais présentée et qui, j'imagine, avait plus des responsabilités, a été vraiment désagréable.
Par ailleurs, il s'agit d'un domaine viticole et d'un hotel "bio". C'est un endroit magnifique, mais pour cette raison écologique, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyés et le serviettes ne sont pas changées avant le sixième jour de séjour. Si l'on souhaite que ce soit fait, il faut payer des suppléments. Je comprends que cette mesure permet d'économiser du personnel et des frais, mais cela devrait alors se refléter sur le prix de la nuitée. De plus, comme le lieu produit du vin, nous aurions aimé goûter leurs produits et peut-être acheter quelques bouteilles. Naturellement, nous ne l'avons pas fait.
Un autre problème majeur est la manque d'intimité. les terrasses des chambres sont à peines séparées par une petite cloison faite de morceaux de bois.
De plus, nous ne parlons pas ni anglais, ni allemand, ce qui a rendu la communication avec le personnel très difficile.
Pour couronner le tout, nous avons vécu un épisode très désagréable. Une nuit, alors que nous rentrions tard, nous nous sommes trompés et nous avons sonné à la mauvaise porte. On nous a réprimandés comme des enfants après nous avoir crié dessus via l'interphone. Comme nous ne comprenions rien, la situation a été particulièrement désagréable. Je pense qu'on nous a pris pour des personnes que nous ne sommes pas.
Nous tenons à préciser qu'avec un peu de bonne volonté, notre séjournerait pu être fantastique.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, auch der der Innenhof, wo man abends schön sitzt.
Pros:

Wir sind gegen 11:45 Uhr angereist. Wir wussten, dass Check-in erst ab 15:30 möglich war, aber da wir bereits am Bodensee waren, hatten wir nur eine kurze Anreise. Wir haben gefragt, ob wir uns in den Garten aufhalten könnten und den Pool benutzen, es war 35`grad. Die Antwort von Frau Renn war sehr unfreundlich und sie meinte: "Wo kommen wir den hin, wenn jeder der abreisen soll länger bleiben will und die anderen früher anreisen, Dann Laufen hier 60 Leute rum, und das geht gar nicht!" Wir haben gemeint, es wäre schade, aber dan kann man nichts machen. Auf der Frage, ob sie einen Ventilator im Zimmer hätten, war die Antwort (genau so unfreundlich), dass das nicht zum Hotel passt!!!
Da wir bereits bezahlt hatten, konnten wir leider nicht absagen, waren aber mehr als erstaunt über diese Antworten.
Da das Hotel etwa maximum 15 Zimmer hat, kamen wir bei der Belegung von je 2 Personen nur auf 30 Gäste, die "herumlaufen" würden, haben aber gewählt keine Wiederworte zu geben.

Cons:

Dass das Bad und die Toilette direkt im Zimmer als "Glasbox" war, hat uns nicht gefallen, und wir haben uns auch gewundert, dass in einem 4 Sterne hotel nur alle 5 Tage gereinigt wird!!! Dies steht übrigens nur auf der letzten Seite von der Buchungsbestätigung klein geschrieben!

Im Frühstücksraum gibt es eine kleine offen Küche, und da wurde ich leider "Ohrenzeuge" wie Frau Renn eine junge Bedienung, die sehr freundliche war, lauthals zurechtwies, und danach kam die junge Frau mit verweinten Augen raus, das geht gar nicht!!!

Alle junge Frauen, die dort bedienen ware sehr freundlich, und auch das Frühstück hervorragend, aber etwas mehr Verbindlichkeit und Freundlichkeit hätte man in einem 4Sterne Hotel erwarten. Die Kritik betrifft nur die junge Frau Renn, ihre Mutter war sehr freundlich.
