Exceed expectation! Highly recommended.
Pros:

Everything is perfect. The hotel is a museum full of art works. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious and clean. I like the in-unit laundry which is super convenient for the trip. Breakfast is nice and I like the dinning room very much.

Cons:

The sofa bed is a little bit hard.

Cons:

The hotel had no cellular connectivity in the rooms and the WiFi was down the entire time. We could not reach anyone at all even for a phone call and the hotel staff did nothing to help.

Pros:

Good bed and bath. Extremely clean. Beautiful gardens. Only one night so I didn't have time to explore.

Cons:

Chaotic breakfast. Good food but very undeserved with two overwhelmed girls who barely spoke English. "May I have some butter?" Brings ketchup.
Also very expensive room rate.

Really enjoyed our stay! Will book again.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.
Very clean and quiet.

Cons:

Not enough full-size towels.
Room organization was odd for a suite that accommodates 6 people - the bathroom was accessible only through the main bedroom.
Second bedroom was a bit cold.

Small room very cramped. Tiny bathroom. Restaurant, was not good at all. Very short staffed, service was not very good
