Pros:

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider wird trotz Rauchverbot in den Zimmern geraucht und der Qualm verteilt sich über die Klimaanlage in die anderen Räume. Das geht gar nicht!!! Die Obere Etage sieht auch wie ein Lost Place völlig verwahrlost. Das Personal sollte Lernen auch mal freundlich zu schauen. Sie bezeichnen sich immerhin als 5 Sterne Hotel. In Real vielleicht 3 Sterne.

Csak ajánlani tudom
Pros:

Minden rendben volt, elképesztően kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet (Ruby, Sophie, Lily, Tom, Linh és a többiek is). Nagyon jól beszélnek angolul és a környéket is jól ismerik.

Maga a hotel is rendkívül jó helyen helyezkedik el, így akár gyalog is megközelíthetőek a helyi látnivalók.

Có phòng cho gia đình

Cons:

Hầm để xe bẩn, ăn sáng tệ, hết đồ, nhân viên yêu cầu khách bồi thường 10 nghìn chỉ vỉ vô tình để rơi 1 cái đũa, dù sau đó có xin thôi không bắt bồi thường nữa. Đây là hành vi quá tệ với 1 khách sạn được cho là 5 sao.

The room was big but hotel it self needs some maintenance and staff need to be trained

They have big room

Cons:

Breakfast was not great, nothing much to eat, breakfast time finishes too early.
The hotel lobby entrance needs some maintenance, I trip many times at the entrance step due to broken floor tiles. House keeper never give us enough bath towels , family of 4, but we only receive 3 towels.
Staff hardly smile and greet you like other hotels that we been to. Staff hardly speaks English.
