Pros:

Очень хороший уютный отель. Чистота, обслуживающий персонал очень внимательный. Завтрак шведский стол полон вкусной еды. Очень хорошая локация и море рядом и вся торговля .

Cons:

Только бассейн в отеле был ледяной. Мы не смогли искупаться.

Bữa sáng phong phú, đồ ăn ngon, hợp khẩu vị. Thái độ nhân viên dễ chịu. Tuy nhiên có những claim nhân viên không follow đến cùng nên khách hàng không nhận được sự support kịp thời.

Cons:

Phòng quá nhỏ và bí đối với hạng phòng không có view. Tốt nhất nên chọn phòng view biển nếu muốn có sự thoải mái, dễ chịu.

Pros:

Địa điểm khá ổn, đối diện biển nên đi tắm biển khá tiện. Có free 3 tiếng ghế nhưng thời điểm mình đi tắm biển thì ghế đã được thu, chỉ còn ghế dịch vụ của người dân.
Địa điểm này không phải là khu vực sầm uất mà nên lui lên gần phía quảng trường.

Cons:

Thời điểm lưu trú do ks sửa chữa khu spa nên phòng mình quá ồn ào. Buổi trưa khách cần nghỉ ngơi nhưng lại thực hiện đục đẽo tường khiến khách ko ngủ được. Đã gọi điện cho lễ tân nhưng không có ai giải quyết.
Phòng không có giấy vệ sinh tuy nhiên báo lễ tân nửa ngày cũng ko thấy có ai mang lên.

Nhân viên của khách sạn rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ gia đình mình trong suốt kỳ nghỉ tại khách sạn. Buffet sáng rất đa dạng thức ăn và thức uống. Rất hài lòng trong thời gian ở tại đây.
