It was nice and again very clean. The cleaning staff was nice they couldn’t speak English but they were all smiling and

It was clean and nice area quite

Cons:

The staff was not very approachable and never smiled. The pool area is way to small, lots of people trying to get a chair near the pool The parking fees are ridiculous, I understand the valet charge but not having to pay for parking if you are staying there.

Pros:

The stay was great. We enjoyed the spacious room and the easy access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. There was a real Starbucks on site!!

Cons:

The breakfast was great. However the flow of the buffet was all over the place and could get over crowded and there was long periods of waiting for the food to be refilled.

A beautiful resort, but feels like home!
Pros:

The layout of the property was very beautiful well decorated amazing amenities. The food quality was superb and I enjoyed the live band music. Plus my ocean view made me never wanna leave. Tammy, Sherica and Karen gave the best customer service. To me it felt like they were hosting me as a family member amazing vibes. I definitely will always remember how I was treated and also spread the word.
