A beautiful resort, but feels like home!
Pros:

The layout of the property was very beautiful well decorated amazing amenities. The food quality was superb and I enjoyed the live band music. Plus my ocean view made me never wanna leave. Tammy, Sherica and Karen gave the best customer service. To me it felt like they were hosting me as a family member amazing vibes. I definitely will always remember how I was treated and also spread the word.

My gulf shores go to stay!
Pros:

Everything was great! Exceeded my expectations! The room was perfect, clean, well kept. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was definitely one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve ever had. Location was literally perfect. I genuinely have no complaints

Beds were not comfortable, did not agree with the $235 charge that I was unaware of upon arrival but amenities were good.

Great hotel with great location to easily walk to the beach!
Pros:

Everything from the room upgrade to the easy beach access to the starbucks to the guest reception nightly was excellent. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Cons:

The price was a bit higher then what I like to pay for a hotel. I would pay this price for a condo anytime.
