Pros:

I liked my room it had great views of the beach. I also enjoyed the free breakfast bar.

Cons:

I didn't like the bartender allowing another guest to break line and order before me. She didn't acknowledge me sitting there and it took a long time before I could place my order. The bartender had short blonde hair and didn't seem friendly.

Todo súper limpio y frente al mar

Cons:

Está muy mal que cobren el parqueadero aparte ósea si uno es huésped del hotel creo el parqueadero debe ser gratis pero no es así en cambio te cobran 30 dolares extras por día que hay que estar pagando diario asta que uno se vaya del hotel

Fantastic!!
Pros:

Pretty much everything! Staff was extremely nice and they took care of our every need. Great location , even though there was a little walk to the beach, access was very easy.

Cons:

The pay to park was unexpected…I didn’t know about it until we arrived. It could’ve been in the property description when I booked the room and I just didn’t read it.

Awesome place for special occasions but due to cost of everything not an every time kinda stay .
Pros:

Cons:

Most of the staff were awesome but there were a couple that didn’t talk to guests very politely

Disappointed in experience

The location was the best part, very easy to get everywhere by foot

Cons:

The hotel was having issues with their laundry service so we only had clean dry towels when we arrived. The biggest issue that I had with the experience was the lack of communication between the hotel and guests. We never had maintenence come to our room to cleanse the sheets, trash, or sand. We had to steal the towels we saw from the pool area just to have a clean towel. Our television was disconnected and had to have IT. The check in counter never "checked in" our child so we were met with attitude at breakfast.

Embassy suites delivers on complementary perks. Breakfast, bikes, happy hour drinks, beach chairs!
Pros:

I liked the breakfast and perks of getting beach chairs and umbrella set up at beach. The bikes were also a nice amenity. Pool was great!

Cons:

Very small item - but having a clock in the pool vicinity would be nice.
