Sympa avec des boules Quiès !
Pros:

La proximité avec le palais des expositions et le quartier tranquille

Cons:

Nous n'avons jamais vu de personnel, et du coup, comme les isolations phoniques sont inexistantes et qu'il n'y a personne pour faire taire les gens, nous avons eu du bordel toute la nuit.

Good for sleeping only. Bathroom cleanliness could be better.
Pros:

Close to Brussels Expo. Amazing if you are there for a long day. Couple of minutes walk only

Cons:

Just cleaning of the bathroom could have been better. Dark brown corners in the shower and way to small. Had to get in the door sideways.

Terrible. Horrendous. Dangerous.
Cons:

I’ve raised a complaint with Booking.com for quality, safety and security standards
- shady location and easily accessible to wrongdoers: remote area, only entrance is from the side of the building, no gates/fences, large parking in the back of the building
- no one working in presence at the ‘hotel’, not even at their reception
- communication only on WhatsApp so no one to ask information in person
- no one guarding the property
- room locks easily hackable
- old rooms and not really clean (3 stars is really generous)

Bien pour la proximité de l Ing arena, déçu pour le wifi, les portes.
Pros:

La proximité de la salle de concert.

Cons:

J’ai réservé une chambre qui était indiquée avec Wifi pour la télé, ça ne fonctionnait pas.
La porte de la salle de bain/ toilette ne fermait pas ainsi que la porte d’entrée d’en bas.
Voisin du Rez de chaussée qui a fait du bruit et crier une bonne partie de la nuit.
