Nach 1,5 Stunde habe ich das Hotel verlassen und wo anders übernachten, weil es gestunken hat

Der Gestank nach zigarette war unerträglich, und ich habe mein Geld bis heute nicht bekommen, obwohl ich stoniert habe und ein andere Zimmer irgendwo anders gebucht habe

Cons:

An den Wänden hatte es Schimmel, es roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch und das Badezimmer wirkte nicht wirklich sauber. Ein Zimmerwechsel oder Rückerstattung war nicht möglich. Die Wände waren sehr hellhörig sowie viel nächtlicher Betrieb.

Chambre exiguë, salle de douche minuscule, moisissure dans les joints de la douche, couette de lit trop courte et oreiller très dur.

Er was niemand aanwezig. Konden onze tassen nergens kwijt voor 15.00 uur. Niet handig als je naar een tentoonstelling gaat. Inchecken was via whatsapp. Het gebouw is oud. De kamers zijn heel gehorig. Badkamer niet schoon en de schuifdeur werkte slecht. Geen thee en koffie faciliteiten op de kamer. Dit moest de Luxe kamer zijn. Hier ook nog eens 184,24 euro voor betaald. Nooit meer!

En revanche, le stationnement pour la voiture était très satisfaisant.

Cons:

La connexion Internet (Wi-Fi) était insuffisante et ne permettait pas une utilisation satisfaisante des services en ligne. Même la télévision rencontrait des difficultés à diffuser correctement des vidéos sur YouTube.

Par ailleurs, l’espace disponible pour prendre les repas était insuffisant.

Simple mais bien situé
Pros:

La proximité du stade et de l'Atomium. Le lit était confortable.

Cons:

Déçue de tout faire par message (pas d'accueil physique). Je n'ai pas croisé d'employé. Les photos des chambres sont trompeuses. Immeuble vieillissant

Dit is geen drie sterrenhotel
Pros:

De locatie vlakbij het Atomium

Cons:

Oud pand met oude kamers. Hygiëne, met name van de vloerbedekking en schimmel in de hele badkamer. Het was heel warm en geen airco. Geen personeel. Veel puin onder het raam aan de achterkant.
