Pros:

Очень добродушный персонал. Помогали во всём, причём делали это быстро. Есть русскоязычные сотрудники. Отдельное спасибо сотруднице по имени Наргиз, которая работает в ресторане. Чистые номера без запаха. Бассейн и зона SPA чистые и ухоженные. Гостиница заслуживает свои четыре звезды. Нас было 6 человека (три пары) и снимали три номера. Все остались довольны отелем.

Een hotel zonder water voor een volledige dag is geen hotel meer. Sinds de ochtend geen stromend water in het hele gebouw en urenlang geen serieuze oplossing. Geen professionele communicatie, geen gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid en nauwelijks moeite om gasten tegemoet te komen. Dit niveau verwacht je eerder van een verlaten gebouw dan van een hotel dat geld vraagt voor comfort.

Öncelikle sabah otele giriş yaptık oda gösterildi yatağın üzerinde içinde kıl vardı 3 kez yorgan değiştirildi. Banyonun duşakabin etrafı pislik saç kıl doluydu midem bulandı , sabunluk içinde sabun yoktu. çok yorgunuz diye sabah bekledik ve yetkililere ileterek başka odaya geçirildik. Resteron berbat ötesi o peynirler küflü herseyin üzeri açık sinek dolaşıyor , meyveler sanki mıncıklanış gibi kesilmiş ya insan bir domates salatalık bulamaz mı otelde yemek için bu kadar kötüydü. Yeşillikten böcek çıktı .Hijyenden korkunç sınıfta kaldı. Ve ben şikayet ettim diye bana sizin rezervasyon ıptalmedip indirim yapıp yeniden oluşturalım dediler sonra 80 manat civarı iade yaptılar eee neden yeniden Booking üzerinden kayıt olusturmuyorız dediğimde yok bu şekilde dendi. Yani Hersey planlı. En kötüsü de hırkam odaya girerken var ama oda değişim yaptıktan sonra hırkamı yan odaya gidip almak istediğimde yok. Kamera da gözüküyor fakat otel bilmiyoruz diyip konuyu geçiştirdi. Sonuç olarak asla tercih etmeyin. Konum da bir o kadar kötü yürünecek yol yok kaldırım yok etraf sanayi araba yıkama alanı dolu ve siz yoldan ıslanmak zorunda kalarak yürüyorsunuz

Tertemiz bir otel. Odalar ve yatak gayet geniş.4.5 yaşındaki kızım da bizimle yatakta oldukça rahat bir şekilde uyuyabildi.(Aslında odaya çocuk için park yatak koymuşlardı ama kızım bizimle uyumak istedi ) Personel nazik ve size her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor.Kahvaltı yeterli ve doyurucu.

Cons:

Akşam yemeğini bir gün otelin restoranında yemek yememiz gerekti , çok memnun kalmadık.

Было приятно, персонал вежливый и услужливый. В целом понравился отель, можно приехать еще раз.

Приятный отель, персонал, расположение хорошее и завтраки были вкусные. Бассейном так и не воспользовались)
Белье белоснежное, всё для комфортного проживания есть.

Cons:

Не критично, но можно было бы обновить покраску стен, чуть отреставрировать двери.
