זו הפעם הראשונה שטסתי לבאקו עם חברה והבן שלה לשבוע.
מרגע שהגעתי ועד לעד לרגע שיצאתי לשדה התעופה, השירות לא פסק.
אדיבות,רצון לעזור,השירות שניתן מהלב מהצוותים השונים- מטבח , חדר אוכל,הספא ,חדרניות ודפלק הקבלה .
כל דבר שביקשנו נעשה במהירות ובחיוך ,בשקט ובשמחה ( חלק מהצוות יודע 4 שפות כדי להבין ולתקשר עם כל אחד - זה לא ראיתי באף בית מלון, לדבר בעברית בכיף,היה לנו מלצר שלא ידע מה זה שוקו (לא מוכר במדינה עצמה),לימדתי אותו ,וכל בוקר כשראה את האחיין שלי, השוקו כבר היה מונח על השולחן.
זה שירות מהלב .
זה מה שחיפשתי וקיבלתי, אני ממליצה בחום לכל מי שרוצה שירות אמיתי ,מלון במרכז לכל מקום ושקט,
צוות שאיתכם תמיד.
תגיעו לשם,שירות של אנשים מול אנשים,מלון שתרצו להישאר עוד כמה ימים..חברה שלי רצתה וביקשה אבל לא היו חדרים...

Отличный небольшой отель с хорошим дизайном.удобные комнаты с принадлежностями для душа,халаты и тапочки в наличии.неплохие завтраки.далековато от центра,но очень дешёвое такси решало проблему.хороший Спа с бассейном и саунами.однозначно рекомендую.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ivy Garden Hotel in Baku, and it exceeded all my expectations. Despite being a four-star hotel, my experience was amazing, particularly in terms of location and the sauna and Turkish bath facilities.

The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel itself was clean, pleasant, and quiet, making for a very relaxing stay.

We truly loved our time there and will definitely return in another season

The images shown of the booking.com site are not the one actually present. The breakfast seems to be many items but food are stale or made way earlier. Also nothing much to eat actually

Our first hotel experience in Baku was unfortunately very disappointing, so when we moved to Ivy Garden Hotel, we couldn’t have been happier! It was such a wonderful change, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of.

The staff is absolutely amazing — everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive, and always smiling. They are ready to assist with anything and make you feel truly welcome.

The restaurant is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the spa is excellent. A special thank you to Maya, the massage therapist — she is absolutely amazing! And Sevin at the reception is simply wonderful — so kind, professional, and helpful.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and everything smells fresh and beautiful throughout the hotel. You can really feel how much attention they pay to every detail.

I am absolutely delighted with our stay, and I have to say — I am a very difficult person to impress when it comes to hotels and service! But Ivy Garden exceeded all my expectations.

If I could give this hotel 100 out of 10, I absolutely would! ❤️

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful. I would happily come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!
